| Objective:To explore the relationship between the pathogenesis of granulomatous mastitis and T cell subsets,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and treatment mechanism of qingrehuazhoufang prescription in treating granulomatous mastitis at the mass stage.Methods:60 cases of granulomatous mastitis patients and 30 cases of healthy population meeting the inclusion criteria were selected,and serum T lymphocytes were measured respectively to explore the relationship between the pathogenesis of granulomatous mastitis and T cell subsets.Sixty patients with granulomatous mastitis were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.Treatment group take orally heat change chaotic,the control group with traditional surgery treatment,observation of 12 weeks in a row,by observing two groups of patients before and after treatment serum levels of T cell subgroup,mass conditions change,and recovery rate after treatment,the recurrence rate,the difference of indexes of breast cosmetic effect,evaluation of heat change chaotic party treatment the clinical curative effect of granulomatous mastitis mass period.Results:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in improving the mass,recovery rate and recurrence rate(P>0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving the serum T cell subsets(P<0.01).Compared with the control group(P<0.05);There was also significant difference in scar area(P<0.01).No adverse reactions occurred during the whole observation process.Conclusion:Granulomatous mastitis is an autoimmune disease closely related to T cell subsets.Qingrehua turbiditic prescription is effective in treating patients with granulomatous mastitis in the mass stage,and can improve the immune system of the body,in the breast cosmetic effect can meet the needs of patients to the greatest extent,is an effective prescription for the treatment of this disease. |
