Study On The Correlation Between Meridian Symptoms And Meridian In Stroke With Deficiency Of Qi And Blood Stasis

Purpose:In this study,the electric energy of the original points of twelve meridians in 100 stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis was measured by the meridian detector of TCM.The electric energy values of the original points of twelve meridians in left hemiplegia patients and healthy side were compared,respectively.The electric energy values of the original points of twelve meridians in right hemiplegia patients and healthy side were compared,and the electric energy values of the original points of twelve meridians in speech-impaired patients and non-speech-impaired patients were also compared.To analyze the correlation between meridian patients and meridians in apoplexy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type for clinical evaluation and guidance of acupuncture and moxibustion and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of meridian-related diseases in apoplexy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Material and method:100 cases of apoplexy meridian patients(all from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)who met the inclusion criteria were included.According to the relevant diagnostic criteria,a clinical case information collection form for apoplexy was designed to collect the clinical information of the study cases.At the same time,each case was tested for the meridian of traditional Chinese medicine.JK-02-B Chinese Medicine Meridian Detection Instrument(serial number UN3581,manufacturer Tonghua Hainda Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.)was used for meridian detection.The original points of twelve meridians(Yangxi Point of Hand Yangming Large Intestine Meridian and Shugu Point of Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian)were bilateral Taiyuan,Daling,Shenmen,wrist,Yangxi,Yangchi,Taibai,Taichong,Taixi,Qiuxu,Chongyang and Shuanggu Points.Line signal acquisition.Finally,statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to statistics the results of meridian detection,objectively evaluate the 12 meridian imbalance state of patients with stroke of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and analyze the relationship between meridians and stroke-related diseases.Results:1.General results: A total of 100 cases were included in this study,including 72 males(72%)and 28 females(28%);7 males(7%)aged 35-45 years,20 females(20%)aged 45-55 years,45 females(45%)aged 55-65 years,28 females(28%);58 left hemiplegic patients(58%)and42 Right Hemiplegic Patients(42%).42% of the total,46 cases of speech impairment,accounting for 46% of the total.2.Meridian test results:2.1 Compared with the electric energy value of the original acupoint of Handshaoyin Heart Meridian(14.086 +8.929)and that of the original acupoint of Jianbian Heart Meridian(12.378 +8.906),the electric energy value of the original acupoint of Handshaoyin Heart Meridian on the affected side was higher(p < 0.05),and the electric energy value of the original acupoint of the original acupoint of footshaoyin Kidney Meridian on the affected side(13.226 +6.262)and that of Jianbiao Yuan Meridian(18.318 +8).9.334)Compared with the original points of the foot-shaoyin kidney meridian on the affected side,the original points of the foot-shaoyin kidney meridian on the affected side had a lower electric energy value(p <0.05);the original points of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian on the affected side had a higher electric energy value(22.497 < 14.191)compared with the original points of the healthy side(15.991 < 10.230),and the difference of the original points of the Foot-Jueyin Liver Meridian on the affected side had a significant difference(p < 0.05);the other meridians had different electric energy values.There was no statistical significance(p > 0.05).2.2 The electric energy value of the foot,Taiyin and lung meridians of the affected side of the right hemiplegic patients with apoplexy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type(12.742+8.677)Compared with the electric energy value of the healthy side,the electric energy value of the foot-taiyin-lung Meridian on the affected side was higher(p < 0.05),and the electric energy value of the foot-yangming-stomach Meridian on the affected side was lower(p < 0.05),compared with the electric energy value of the healthy side(14.237 < 8.579),and the electric energy value of the foot-yangming-stomach Meridian on the affected side was lower(p <0.05).Compared with the electric energy value of the original points of the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin(12.716(+5.861)and that of the healthy side(19.288(+9.353),the electricenergy value of the original points of the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin on the affected side was lower(p < 0.05),and the electric energy value of the original points of the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin the affected side was 9.236(+4.471)and that of the healthy side was14.053(+9.371).The difference was significant(p < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the electric energy of the original points of the other meridians(p > 0.05).2.3 Compared with the original point of the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin(11.310 < 5.664)and the affected side(15.121 < 9.320),the original point of the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin(15.121 < 9.320)of the disadvantaged side of the stroke patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis has a lower electric energy value(p < 0.05);the original point of the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin the disadvantaged side of the patients with speech deficiency(10.181 < 4.721)and Compared with the affected side of non-verbal disadvantageous patients(12.716(+6.703),the electric energy value of Zushaoyin and Kidney meridians on the affected side of verbal disadvantageous patients was significantly lower(p <0.05),but there was no significant difference in the electric energy value of the original points of other meridians(p > 0.05).Conclusion:1.There are imbalances in the left hemiplegic patients with apoplexy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis in the Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian,Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian and Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian.2 There are imbalances in the Right Hemiplegic Patients of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of apoplexy,such as the Hand Taiyin Lung Meridian,Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian and Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian.3.There is imbalance between the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin and the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin patients with adverse speech of meridians and collaterals in apoplexy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.4.The meridian detection of TCM has certain evaluation and diagnostic significance.It can be used as an assistant in the diagnosis of apoplexy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and can be used to guide the treatment of apoplexy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.
