Clinical Study Of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Postpartum Hemorrhoids With Syndrome Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Depression

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and Qi deficiency syndrome,and objectively evaluate the application value of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in treating postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and Qi deficiency syndrome.Materials and Methods: In this study,66 cases of postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and qi depression syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group(33 cases).The control group was given Diosmin 1.0 g orally twice a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given Buzhong Yiqi Decoction plus or minus one dose a day,twice a day.The two groups of patients stopped taking drugs after two weeks of treatment.Quantitative scoring was planned to observe and record the scoring data of the two groups of patients in the first and second week after treatment.The results of review and follow-up were recorded,and the overall curative effect,recent recurrence and safety were calculated.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Result:1.There were significant differences in anal swelling,defecation fatigue and hemorrhoids size between the two groups after one week of treatment(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.2.There was significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The treatment group and the control group had statistical significance in the relief time of symptoms after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.There was significant difference in recurrence between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months of the end of treatment(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The treatment methods of the two groups were safe and effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids with deficiency of spleen and Qi deficiency syndrome.The overall effect of the Diosmin Tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and qi depression syndrome after the end of the course of treatment was better than that of Diosmin Tablets alone.2.The recurrence rate of Diosmin tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and qi depression syndrome was lower than that of Diosmin tablets alone after three months of the end of the treatment,indicating that the long-term efficacy of Diosmin tablets combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids with spleen deficiency and qi depression syndrome was better than that of Diosmin tablets alone.
