Clinical Observation Of Pei Tu Sheng Jin Decoction In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Deficiency Of Spleen Qi In Stable Phas

PurPose:To observe the efficacy and safety of Peito Shengjin Prescription in the treatment of pulmonary-spleen deficiency syndrome in stable COPD.Material and method:Seventy-two patients with pulmonary-spleen deficiency in stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was given oral doxofylline tablets.The experimental group was given oral peitoshengjin decoction combined with doxofylline tablets for 8 weeks.The follow-up time was 12 weeks.The two groups were recorded before and after treatment.TCM syndrome score,pulmonary ventilation function,6-minute walking distance,CAT score,MMRC grade,hs-CRP,safety index and other related indicators were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 statistical software,and the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.After different treatment schemes,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 91.17%,and that of the control group was 81.81%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P < 0.05),and the safety was good.2.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% in both groups were significantly increased(P <0.01).After treatment,the improvement rates of FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% in the experimental group were 5.16% and 5.27% respectively,while those in the control group were 1.64% and 1.31% respectively.The improvement rates of pulmonary ventilation function in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).4.After treatment,the 6-minute walking distance in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.After treatment,the decrease of CAT score in the experimental group was more obviousthan that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,the degree of dyspnea in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).7.The improvement of hs-CRP in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Peitou Shengjin Decoction has a definite clinical effect and good safety in treating stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-spleen deficiency syndrome.2.Peitou Shengjin Prescription can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.3.Peitou Shengjin Decoction can improve the pulmonary ventilation function of patients with stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.4.Peitou Shengjin Prescription can significantly improve the inflammatory response of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung-spleen deficiency syndrome.5.Peitou Shengjin Prescription can significantly improve the 6-minute walking distance and the degree of dyspnea in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,thus improving the quality of life of patients in different aspects.
