A Clinical Study On The Effectiveness Of Yangyin Qingfei Mixture In The Treatment Of Infantile Pharyngitis (yin Deficiency And Lung Heat Syndrome)

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of children with pharyngitis(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome),and to evaluate its effectiveness and advantages,and to provide convenient ideas for clinical treatment of children with pharyngitis.Material and method: The subjects were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to January 2019,and were diagnosed as pediatric pharyngitis(Yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome).Then,64 children who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Then,the medical records obtained from the questionnaire were scored using the "evaluation table of therapeutic effect for children with pharyngitis(Yin deficiency and lung heat type)"(self-designed).In the experimental group,32 cases were treated with yangyin qingfei mixture(inhospital preparation of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine).In the control group,32 patients were treated with yangyin qingfei tang granules(intelligent granules provided by the affiliated hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine).All cases have mild pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal discomfort,pharyngeal mucosa,congestion and swelling and other main symptoms and signs can be accompanied by fever,night sweat,hand,foot and heart heat,dry stool and other Yin deficiency lung heat symptoms.The two groups were given symptomatic treatment without other antibiotics or antiviral drugs,and the blood routine of the two groups were normal before and after treatment.After a full course of treatment,the condition data of the two groups were scored and analyzed.Nim horizon method after the foot course to keep a record of two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation to use Excel spreadsheets,SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data collected all comprehensive evaluation Yin qing lung mixture to treat pediatric pharyngitis(Yin lung heat syndrome)clinical curative effect and evaluate the effectiveness and advantages,which is applied in clinical development train of thought.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no differences in gender,age,height,weight and TCM syndromes between the experimental group and the control group(all p values were >0.05),which were comparable.2.After 7 days of treatment,the total syndrome scores of the two groups before and after self-treatment were statistically analyzed and compared,and both the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement(P <0.05).3.According to statistical analysis,after 7 days of treatment,compared with the control group,the results showed that the treatment group(yangyin qingfei mixture group)was significantly better than the control group(gufang group)in terms of pharyngeal mucosa,congestion and swelling(P<0.05).4.The effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.8%and 93.3%,respectively.Conclusion:1.Yangyin qingfei mixture and gufang yangyin qingfei decoction can both effectively treat children pharyngitis(Yin deficiency of lung heat syndrome).2.Yangyin qingfei mixture is significantly better than gufang yangyin qingfei decoction in the treatment of pharyngeal mucosa,congestion and swelling,and is equally effective in the treatment of symptoms such as pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal discomfort,night sweats,hand-foot-heart heat,dry stool and fever.3.Yangyin qingfei mixture is better than gufang yangyin qingfei decoction in the treatment of children pharyngitis(Yin deficiency of lung heat syndrome).
