Meta-analysis Of Chinese Medicine For Nourishing Yin And Clearing Heat Based On PI3K/Akt Pathway To Interfere With Insulin Resistance In Type 2 Diabetic Rats

Purpose:Systematic evaluation of the intervention effect of Chinese herbal medicine for nourishing Yin and clearing heat on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats based on PI3K/Akt pathway.Material and method:The computer system is used to comprehensively search Chinese database China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang(Wanfang Date),VIP(VIP),China Biomedical Literature Database(SinoMed)and English database PubMed.From the time of database construction to January 2019,the search time was comprehensively collected.The randomized controlled trial(RCT)of traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing Yin and clearing heat based on PI3K/Akt pathway to interfere with insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats was used to evaluate the risk of bias in the literature.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software combined with homogeneity analysis.The analysis index was continuous variable,expressed by standard mean difference(SMD)and 95% confidence interval(95% CI).Draw a forest map to analyze the results.Sensitivity analysis was performed on indicators with higher heterogeneity to remove possible sources of heterogeneity,and the remaining fixed effect models were used to combine effects.For indicators included in the literature ≥ 10 articles,the funnel plot analysis can be used to analyze whether there is publication bias.Results:1.A total of 17 randomized controlled animal experiments were included in the literature search and screening,including 16 Chinese literature and 1 English literature.The experimental animals were all male rats,including SD rats,Wistar rats,ZDF rats,and GK rats.2.The results of meta-analysis showed that:(1)The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and clearing heat on FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR in type 2 diabetic rats was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.00001),indicating that Chinese medicine for nourishing yin and clearingheat can be improved.Glucose metabolism and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats.(2)The therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine for nourishing yin and clearing heat on TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in type 2 diabetic rats was statistically significant compared with the model group(P<0.00001),indicating nourishing yin and clearing heat.Traditional Chinese medicine can improve lipid metabolism abnormalities in type 2 diabetic rats.(3)The regulation of the genes and protein expression of the key factors(PI3K,Akt)in the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating nourishing yin Heat-clearing Chinese medicine can up-regulate the expression of key factors(PI3K,Akt)mRNA and protein in the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway to improve insulin resistance.Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine for nourishing yin and clearing heat may improve glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats by up-regulating the expression of key factors(PI3K,Akt)mRNA and protein in PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
