Objective:By summarizing the tutor’s understanding of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia,the occurrence mechanism of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia was summarized,as well as the tutor’s experience in treating cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia by Jingfang;In addition,the literature related to Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia in recent ten years was summarized and statistically analyzed.Materials and methods:①Clinical cases were collected during the outpatient consultation from October 2016 to February 2019.To analyze and summarize the common jingfang for the diagnosis and treatment of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia by tutors in clinical practice,to sort out and summarize the clinical experience and academic thought of the tutor.②By retrieving the relevant literatures on the treatment of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia with traditional Chinese medicine from January 2009 to January 2019,the prescriptions and medicines were analyzed statistically.Results:1.According to the tutor,the pathogenic factors leading to miscellaneous cold-heat stomachache include cold pathogen,heat pathogen,dampness pathogen,Qi stagnation,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis,food accumulation,etc;Its basic pathogenesis is the abnormal in ascending and descending of the airframe and the imbalance of yin and yang.2.The location of epigastric pain mainly lies in the stomach,the cold and heat miscellaneous mainly include cold and heat of the spleen and stomach,cold and heat of the liver and spleen(stomach),cold and heat of the gastrointestinal tract,and cold and heat of the stomach and kidney.3.The common Jingfang for the tutor to treat cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia include:Xiaochaihu Tang,Huanglian Decoction,Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Zuojin Pill,and Wumei Pill.4.114 related literatures were retrieved,with 128 times of prescription.Among them,banxia xiexin decoction,self-prepared prescription,wumei pill,zuojin pill and bupleurum guizhi decoction appeared more frequently;A total of 137 traditional Chinese medicines are used,and the frequency of drug use is 1457 times.The traditional Chinese medicines with higher frequency than the average frequency are:Coptis chinensis,Pinellia ternata,Licorice root,Dried ginger,Scutellaria root,Codonopsis,Jujube,Atractylodes,Fructus aurantii,Paeonia lactiflora,Evodia rutaecarpa,Poria,Bupleurum,Corydalis tuber,Mangnolia officinalis,Cuttlebone,Immature bitter orange,Costustoot,Malt,Cassia twig,Tangerine peel,Amomum villosum,Concha arcae,Medicated leaven,Curcuma,Dandelion,Fritillary bulb,Rhizoma cyperiConclusion:1.The basic pathogenesis of cold and heat mixed epigastric pain is the abnormal rise and fall of qi mechanism of the body,and the incoordination of yin and yang.Tutor’s use of classical prescriptions in the treatment of cold-heat miscellaneous epigastralgia has a definite effect2.The common prescription for literature statistical analysis is banxia xiexin decoction;The main medicinal properties of commonly used drugs are cold(mild cold)and warm(mild temperature),the majority flavour of a drug is bitter and pungent,the two channels of spleen and stomach are the main channels of meridian tropism.
