Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Jiaenzhong Zhitong Recipe On Functional Spepsia And Upper Abdominal Pain Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And Cold Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Wenzhong Zhitong Formula in treating functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type,and compare it with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsule,so as to provide evidence for better clinical application of Jianpi Wenzhong Zhitong Formula.Methods: 84 cases of EPS patients of spleen stomach deficiency cold type who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the wishes of the patients,with 42 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jianpi Wenzhong Zhitong Recipe,and the control group was treated with Rabeprazole sodium enteric coated capsules.The treatment time was 4 weeks.The TCM symptom scores,anxiety and depression scores,and quality of life scores of the patients in both groups before and after treatment were recorded,Simultaneously monitor and record the safety indicators of two groups of patients and the adverse reactions that occurred during the treatment period.After stopping the medication for 4 weeks,calculate the recurrence rate.Use statistical methods for data integration analysis,and compare the results of the two groups of data to draw conclusions.Result:1.General information: There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,and course of disease between the two groups of patients(P>0.05)2.TCM symptom score:(1)After treatment,the total TCM symptom score of patients in the two groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),but the comparison between the groups showed that the reduction degree in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),so it was considered that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the overall TCM symptoms.(2)The scores of single TCM symptoms in both groups decreased compared to those before treatment(P<0.05),However,compared between groups,it was found that the treatment group had significantly lower scores of symptoms such as epigastric pain,cold stomach,lack of appetite,loose and thin stools,fatigue and fatigue,and lukewarm hands and feet than the control group(P<0.05),This indicates that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the above six symptoms;There was no difference in upper abdominal burning sensation and vomiting of clear water(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effects of the two groups of drugs were equivalent.(3)The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.87%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 77.50%.The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.Anxiety and depression: After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),but the score of the treatment group decreased more(P<0.05),indicating that both groups of drugs can effectively improve patients’ anxiety and depression emotions by improving their clinical symptoms,but the treatment group has better efficacy.4.Quality of life: Before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups were both improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),but the comparison between groups showed that the scores of the treatment group increased more(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of drugs can improve the quality of life of patients to varying degrees,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better.5.Recurrence: The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 10.81%,while the recurrence rate in the control group was 51.61%.The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05),indicating that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.6.Safety analysis: both groups of patients did not have obvious discomfort and adverse reactions during the actual period.Conclusion: Jian Pi Wen Zhong Zhi Tong Fang is safe and effective in treating EPS of spleen stomach deficiency and cold type.It can effectively improve patients’ TCM symptoms,alleviate adverse emotions such as anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.Moreover,it has a good long-term effect and a low recurrence rate,which is worth extensive clinical application and research.
