| Objective:To study the chemical constituents of medicinal plants of Pteris cretica L.var.nervosa(Thunb.)Ching et S.H.Wu,searching for novel compounds,to p-rovide reference for the study of Pteris Methods:The dried and farino-seleaves and terms of Pteris cretica were extracted with industrial alcohol,mineral ether,methylene chloride and ethyl acetate;then used the methods of silica gel co-lumn chromatography,thinlayer chromatography,sephadex chromatography,MCI,sem-i preparation HPLC and recrystallization to detach and purify the Pteris cretica;wi-th the adoption of UV,DEPT,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and 2D-NMR.Result:Twenty co-mpounds were separated from Pteris cretica,of which seventeen compounds were appraised,including one new compound.There are six diterpenoids,which are ent-kaur-15-ene-2-O-β-D-glucoside(PC-1),2β,16a-diol-ent-kaurane(PC-3),2β,6β.15a-trih-y droxy-ent-kaur-16-ene(PC-4),2p,6β-dihydro-xy-ent-kaur-15-ene(PC-6),Rubesanolides D(PC-12)and 2β,15α-diol-ent-kaur-16-ene(PC-15);there are three terpenes,which are cycloart-25-en-3β,24-diol(PC-14),oleanolic acid(PC-16)and Ursolic Acid(PC-17);there are two steroids,which are(22E)-5a,8a-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(PC-8)and β-sitosterol(PC-9);there are six compounds of other classes,which are p-almitic acid(PC-2),Octadecanoic acid(PC-5),methyl 9-Phenyl-10-Hydroxyoctadecano ate(PC-7),Myristic acid(PC-10),Ethyl Heptadecanoate(PC-11)and I-dodecanol(PC-13).Conclusion:Twenty compounds have been separated from Pteris cretica,of wh ich seventeen compounds were first isolated,including one new compound. |
