Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Wenyang Bushen Decoction Combined With Ear Acupoint Pressing In The Treatment Of Impotence

Objective: To observe the changes in the International Ind ex of Erectile Function-5(IIEF-5)score,Traditional chinese medicine(TCM)Syndrome scores and Erectile Quality(EQS)score before and after treatment by comparing the clinical effects of Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with auricular pressure and oral Wenyang Bushen Decoction and Yougui Pill.To explore the effectiveness of Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with auricular pressure for treating impotence,and to provide support for clinical application.Methods: A total of 120 patients with Erectile dysfunction who were treated in the Andrology department of our hospital from June,201 8 to June,2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group(Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with auricular pressure group)and the Chinese medicine control group(Wenyang Bushen Decoction group),Chinese patent medicine control group(Yougui Pill group).Forty patients in each group.The changes of the IIEF-5 score,TCM syndrome scores,EQS scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results: A total of 117 cases were completed in this study,of which 2 cases were excluded and 1 case was shedding.Age,disease course,condition,IIEF-5 scores,TCM symptom scores,and EQS scores of the three groups of patients before the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The IIEF-5 score and EQS score in the three groups were higher than before treatment and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significan t(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.7%,the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine control group was 87.2%,and the total effective rate of the Chinese patent medicine control group was 75.0%.The difference in effect b etween the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wenyang Bushen Decoction combined with auricular pressure to treat kidney-yang deficiency impotence,can effectively improve the IIEF-5 score and EQS score,reduce TCM syndrome sco res,improve erectile function,do not have obvious adverse reactions,and provide a new effective treatment for impotence in traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
