Clinical Observation Of Zhuqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Thin Endometrial Infertility (spleen And Kidney Deficiency Type)

Objective: Observe and analyze the clinical effect of Zhuluan Decoction on the thin endometrium with spleen and kidney deficiency,and preliminary study on its mechanism and safety.Methods:A total of 60 outpatients that met the inclusion criteria were collected and divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients using a randomized and controlled study design method.The control group was given oral estradiol valerate tablets,starting from the 5th day of menstruation,2 mg per day,once a day,and discontinued for 21 days.The treatment group was treated with Zhuluan Decoction,which was started on the 5th day of menstruation,1 dose per day,200 ml each time,2 times a day,and the drug was stopped after taking 10 doses.A total of 3menstrual cycles were treated,and the symptoms,endometrium,uterine artery blood flow parameters,clinical pregnancy rate and safety indicators of the two groups were observed during the third menstrual cycle,and the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhuluan Decoction were evaluated.Results:Sixty-three cases were included,three cases fell off,and a total of 60 cases completed clinical observation.The general data of the two groups of patients were comparable(P>0.05).(1)Comparison of endometrial thickness and shape : There was no statistical difference in endometrial thickness and type before treatment between the two groups;there was a significant difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.01);The improvement of intimal thickness was better(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in intimal morphology between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of uterine artery blood flow parameters: The values of blood flow parameters after treatment were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of follicle development: After treatment,the diameter of mature follicles in both groups of samples increased,and the diameter of follicles in the treatment group was significantly larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Pregnancy comparison: After treatment,the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 36.67%(11/30),and the pregnancy rate in the control group was13.33%(4/30);there was no statistically significant difference in early abortion rate between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome points: the two groups have statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the totaleffective rate of Zhuluan Decoction after treatment is 90.00%,and the total effective rate of estradiol valerate group is 73.33% The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),explain that Zhuluan Decoction can better improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: Zhuluan Decoction can effectively increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve endometrial receptivity,clinical symptoms and pregnancy,or improve the endometrium in terms of improving endometrial blood flow and promoting the development of mature follicles.
