| Objective: To explore the effects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with intruterine infusion of rhG-CSF on endometrial thickness, menstrual volume, uterine artery blood flow,E2,P and TCM syndrome score in patients with thin endometrium,in order to evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine compared with pure perfusion therapy,to find an effective method to increase endometrial thickness. Methods: From January 2021 to January 2022,60 patients with thin endometrial and oligomenorrhagia(kidney deficiency)who were selected from the department of Gynecology of Shanxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally,59 cases completed the experiment. It meets the diagnostic criteria of thin endometrium in Western medicine: the endometrial thickness≤7mm when LH peak day or maximum follicular diameter line≥18mm in natural cycle, and the syndrome differentiation criteria of deficient kidney in traditional Chinese medicine.A randomized, controlled experimental design was used, which was divided into control group and experimental group. The control group was given intrauterine infusion of rh G-SCF at 8,11 and 13 respectively. On the basis of the control group, the experimental group began to take tonifying kidney and reinforcing membrane decoction on the 5th day of menstruation for 15 days. After two menstrual cycles of treatment, the comparison was as follows:1.The endometrial thickness of LH peak day or follicular diameter≥18mm before and after treatment in the two groups;2.LH peak day or follicular diameter ≥18mm PI,RI in both groups before and after treatment;3.Serum estradiol and progesterone levels;4.TCM syndrome score of the two groups before and after treatment;5.Comparison of efficacy index and total effective rate between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.Endometrial thickness:After treatment and before treatment were compared, and the data were all statistically different(P<0.01),and the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).2.RI,PI:The PI and RI values of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.01);the PI value of the experimental group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The RI value was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.E2,P: After treatment and before treatment, there were differences in E2 and P values between the two groups(P<0.01);after treatment, the E2 value of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the P value of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome scores: the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment, there were statistical differences(P<0.01);the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group after treatment, with statistical difference(P<0.01).5.Efficacy judgment: the efficacy index of the control group was(33.26±17.68)%,and the efficacy index of the experimental group was(61.20±21.36)%,there was a statistical difference(P<0.01),and the efficacy index of the experimental group was higher;the total effective rate of the control group was 69%(8 cases markedly improved,12 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective),the total effective rate of the experimental group was 80%(18 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective),there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and the experimental group had a higher effective rate. Conclusion: 1.Intrauterine infusion of rhG-CSF can improve endometrial thickness and uterine blood flow(PI and RI),and increase E2 and P contents in patients with thin endometrium.2.TCM combined treatment of thin endometrium can improve clinical efficiency and improve TCM symptoms obviously.3.Intrauterine infusion of rhG-CSF combined with Bushen Zengmo Decoction in the treatment of thin endometrium has few adverse reactions,is safe and effective. |
