Clinical Observation Of Modified Simiao Powder In The Treatment Of Children's Tic Disorder (Damp-heat Intrinsic Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Simiaosan on the treatment of tic disorder damp heat syndrome.Methods: 60 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was orally administered with Chinese medicine Jiawei Simiaosan,and the control group was orally taken with Thiapride hydrochloride tablets.At the end of the treatment period,the disease efficacy,YGTSS scale score,TCM syndrome score and TCM symptom efficacy of the two groups were counted before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using spss21,and adverse drug reactions were observed.result:1.Comparison of YGTSS scores between the two groups before and after treatment,the observation group P<0.01,the control group P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the YGTSS score comparison between the groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.Comparison of the symptom scores of twisted neck before and after treatment between the two groups,the observation group P<0.01,the control group P<0.01,the difference is significant;the two groups nodded,shrugged,flicked hands,and shaked legs before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference Statistically significant.After treatment,the symptom scores of the main symptoms of the two groups were compared,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.Comparison of the scores of TCM secondary symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups.The observation group P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,the control group>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The comparison between the two groups after treatment was P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.Before and after treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups,P<0.01 in the observation group and P<0.01 in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups after treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of disease efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.6.The curative effect comparison of TCM syndromes before and after treatment between the two groups,P<0.01,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: Jiawei Simiaosan has a definite curative effect on treating children with tic disorder(damp heat syndrome),and can improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of children with tic disorder(damp heat syndrome).It is superior to Thiapride hydrochloride tablets in improving the symptoms of secondary symptoms and the efficacy of TCM syndromes.
