Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Combined With Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets In The Treatment Of Moderate To Severe Cancer Pain

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods: A total of 64 patients with moderate to severe cancerous pain treated in our hospital from May 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number table.The observation group and the control group each had 32 cases.Ketone sustained-release tablets are used for analgesia.The observation group added acupuncture to Zusanli,Baihui,3 to 4 Ashi points and Moxibustion Guanyuan points on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the pain intensity,The daily dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,quality of life score,depression self-rating scale and total effective rate,and the adverse events were counted to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Results:(1)A total of 64 cases were included in this study,one case was lost in each of the two groups,and the final effective case was 31 cases.(2)The KPS score and SDS score of the observation group and the control group were improved after treatment,and the observation group was better than the c ontrol group.There was nostatistically significant difference in the KPS score between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05)There was a statistically significant difference in the SDS score between the two groups(P <0.05).(3)Af ter treatment,the daily dosage of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tab lets was not significantly different from that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The daily dosage of the control gro up after treatment was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).(4)After treatment,the NRS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,the observation group was significantly lower tha n the control group,the NRS scores of the two groups after treatment were co mpared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.77% higher than that of the control gro up 90.32%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(5)Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the observation group was 22.58% significantly lower than the control group 70.97%.After all symptomatic treatment,all adverse reactions can be basically alleviated.Conclusion: Acupuncture at Zusanli,Baihui,Ashi,and Moxibustion Guanyuan points combined with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets has sign ificant clinical efficacy and high safety,and is worth promoting.
