Effect Of Huoxue Quyu Decoction On Blood Coagulation Function After Pelvic Fracture Surgery (qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the effect of coagulation function index changes after pelvic fracture treated with Huoxue Quyu Decoction combined with low molecular weight heparin Calcium and treated with low molecular weight heparin Calcium,in order to analyze the significance and effect of Huoxue Quyu Decoction on preventing DVT.Methods: 60 patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after pelvic fracture surgery were selected.According to the admission number with a random number table,the patients were randomly divided into observation group 30 patients and control group 30 patients.During the perioperative period,both groups used the same precautions and western medicine to prevent DVT.After operation,the observation group was treated with Huoxue Quyu Decoction,and the indexs of coagulation were recorded on preoperative、 postoperative day 1、 postoperative week 1 and postoperative week 2.Results:PT : There was no significant difference in PT between the two groups on preoperative 、 postoperative day 1 and week 1(P>0.05).The difference of PT between the two groups on 2nd week after operation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparsion in groups : In both group,compared with preoperative PT,the difference of PT on postoperative day 1 、 week 1 and week 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05).On postoperative week 1 and week 2,there was significant difference in PT of the observation group(P<0.05),while no statistically significant in control group(P>0.05).APTT:Comparsion between groups:There was no significant difference on preoperative and postoperative day 1(P>0.05),APTT in the observation group on postoperative week 1 and week 2 were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Comparsion in groups:The APTT in both group on preoperative、postoperative week 1and week 2 were significantly different than that on postoperative day 1 in the control group(P<0.05).The difference of APTT between the two groupson postoperative week 1 and week 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05).FIB : The difference of FIB between the two groups on preoperative 、postoperative day 1、postoperative week 1 and postoperative week 2 was not statistically significant.Compared with postoperative day 1,the FIB in both group decreased on postoperative week 1 and week 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in both groups 0n postoperative week 1 and week 2(P> 0.05).D-Dimer : Comparsion between groups:There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group on preoperative and postoperative day 1(P>0.05),the difference was highly statistically significant at postoperative week 1(P<0.05).The D-Dimer in the observation group was lower than control group at postoperative week 2,with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparsion in groups:The D-Dimer of the two groups at postoperative week 1 and week 2 were lower than postoperative week 1,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Quyu Decoction conbined with low-molecular-weight heparin calcium can effectively improve the early coagulation function of pelvic fracture.It prolongs the anticoagulant effect and Huoxue Quyu Decoction combined with low molecular weight Calcium has better anticoagulant effect than simple application of low molecular weight heparin Calcium.
