Clinical Observation Of Qingzhonghuaditang Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Patients With Ulcerative Colitis And Large Intestine Damp-heat Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Qingzhong Hua Cai Decoction retention enema in the treatment of active chronic ulcerative colitis,and to provide valuable reference for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,60 patients with active chronic ulcerative colitis(color ectal damp-heat type)were randomly divided into observation group and contro lgroup,30 cases each.The observation group was treated with Qingzhong Hua Cai Decoction retention enema and the control group with Meishalaqin enema retention enema,both of which were treated for 2 weeks.After the end of the treatment cycle,statistical analysis was carried out by using SPSS software to compare the scores of TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndromes,the curative effect of intestinal mucosa under electronic colonoscopy and the comprehensive treatment effect.Results: After 2 weeks of treatment,28 patients in the observation group comp leted the trial,and 29 patients in the control group completed the trial.1.The data of sex,age,course of disease,severity of disease,range of lesion involvement,grade of intestinal mucosa under fiberoptic colonoscopy and integration of TCM syndromes before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The curative effect of TCM syndrome: after 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 96.42%,the effective rate of the control group was 86.21%,P<0.05,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant,indicating that the observation group was improving the symptoms of TCM significantly better than the control group.3.Two groups had a statistical significance in the score of intestinal mucosa in the lesions under enteroscopy: Z=-5.705,P=0.05,indicating that the observation group had better effect than the control group in improving the TCM symptoms of the patients.4.Comprehensive curative effect: after 2 weeks of treatment,the observation group completely relieved 18 cases,effective 8 cases,the total effective rate was92.86%.After 2 weeks of treatment,the control group completely relieved 13 cases,effective 11 cases,the total effective rate was 82.76%.indicating that the comprehensive efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group.5.Two groups of patients Blood and urine routine,biochemical function and electrocardiogram were all in the normal range,indicating that both groups of drugs were safe.Conclusion: QingzhongHuaCai Decoction retention enema can effectively relieve diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus pus and blood stool,anal burning and other clinical symptoms in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis during active.
