Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of recurrent facial dermatitis caused by blood deficiency and wind heat.Methods: In this study,through the observation of the clinical effect before and after the treatment,the prescription was selected according to the principle of cooling blood,nourishing blood and eliminating wind.50 female patients with face Recurrent Dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind heat type were treated by oral Chinese medicine decoction and external application of Chinese medicine wet compress liquid.The treatment period of this method is 6 weeks.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 6weeks after treatment,the patients were scored for skin lesions and TCM syndromes respectively,and the combined medication and adverse events were recorded.In case of adverse reactions,the report should be reported to the superior physician in time and handled.Under the guidance of the method of cooling blood,nourishing blood and expelling wind,systematically evaluate the improvement of skin damage score and TCM syndrome of patients with face Recurrent Dermatitis of blood deficiency and wind heat type,and comprehensively observe and analyze the clinical effect.Results: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate reached 52.17%,after 4 weeks,the total effective rate reached 76.09%,after 6 weeks,it reached 84.78%.After 2,4 and 6weeks of treatment,the clinical scores of objective signs(erythema,scale,swelling,skin area)and subjective symptoms(pruritus,scorching,dryness,tightness)of the patients were lower than those before treatment.There was a significant difference in the indicators of decline in the second,fourth and sixth weeks(P < 0.05).For the comparison of TCM syndrome,compared with before treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05),all kinds of symptoms and signs improved,and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 82.61%.During the treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions,3 patients complained of gastrointestinal discomfort after taking medicine,2patients were slightly intolerant to the wet application of traditional Chinese medicine,andthe above adverse reactions disappeared after the patients were asked to carry out relevant treatment.Conclusion: The method of cooling blood,nourishing blood and expelling wind has obvious relieving effect on the objective signs,subjective symptoms and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,which is safe and effective.At the same time,it is found that the occurrence of the disease may be related to allergic constitution,menstruation,diet,sleep,season,emotional pressure and improper use of cosmetics.
