Clinical Observation Of Chushihuayu Decoction In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With Damp-heat Stasis Syndrome

Purpose:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of "Quushi Huayu Decoction" in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat syndrome,and to provide a theoretical basis for doctors to treat the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Material and method:According to the needs,60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of damp-heat stasis syndrome were selected,all from the gynecology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the selected time period was from March 2018 to July 2019.The selected cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chushihuayu Decoction and the control group was given Kunfukang capsules.Taking 4 weeks as a course of treatment(withdrawal for 1 week during menstruation),both groups were treated for 3 consecutive courses and followed up for one month to observe the TCM syndrome score,local sign score,pain VAS score,pelvic mass before and after treatment in both groups,The improvement of pelvic fluid,etc.Results:1.The total clinical efficacy: After the two groups were treated with different methods,the clinical total effectiveness of the treatment group and the control group was significantly different,93.3% and 83.3%,respectively,indicating that the total clinical effectiveness of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant.2.Efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment,the results showed that the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different,93.3% and 63.3%,respectively,indicating that the treatment group had a more effective effect than the control group,P<0.05 The results are statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group method has a better effect in alleviating TCM syndromes.3.Comparison of other curative effects before and after treatment between the two groups: the VAS score,sequel scores of TCM syndromes and physical signs of the pelvic inflammatorydisease sequelae after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can effectively improve the symptoms,abdominal pain,TCM syndromes,signs,etc.of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Conclusion:"Quushi Huayu Decoction" is more effective in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with damp heat syndrome.It has a significant effect in improving the symptoms of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,reducing the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing pelvic inflammatory mass,and reducing pelvic effusion.
