Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (damp-heat Stasis Syndrome) With Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Auricular Acupoint Pressin

Purpose: This study systematically analyzed and evaluated the effect of Xiaoyan decoction combined with auricular point pressure Dou in the treatment of SPID by observing the clinical efficacy of 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(damp-heat stasis syndrome).Material and method: Sixty patients with SPID were collected from the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.30 patients were randomly grouped and assigned to the control group.The study protocol was oral Xiaoyan decoction.Treatment group of 30 patients,the study program was Xiaoyan decoction combined with auricular point pressure bean treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for a 14-day course for three consecutive courses.TCM syndrome score,physical sign score,VAS score,SAS score and SF-36 scale score before and after treatment were recorded.All the data were sorted out,and the results were analyzed by statistical software.Results:1.TCM syndrome scores,signs scores,VAS scores and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);2.The SF-36 scores of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment,and the scores of the seven dimensions of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,energy,social function,emotional function and mental health after treatment were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(p<0.05).The score of health change after treatment was not significantly different from that before treatment(p > 0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 86.67%.The comparison of comprehensive efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiaoyan Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressure Dou and oral Xiaoyan decoction alone can effectively treat SPID of dampness-heat stasis syndrome,reduce TCM syndrome score,physical sign score,VAS score and SAS score of patients,and improve SF-36 scale score.2.The clinical effect of Xiaoyan decoction combined with auricular point pressure bean in the treatment of dampness-heat and blood-stasis syndrome SPID is more significant than that of oral Xiaoyan decoction alone,with outstanding effect in improving the scores of SPID patients.3.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the treatment of SPID in dampness-heat stasis syndrome with Xiaoyan Decoction combined with auricular point pressure bean.The formulation is reasonable with high safety,which provides a new idea for the treatment of SPID and is worthy of clinical promotion.
