Based On Data Mining To Study The Prescriptions And Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology Ancient Books For The Treatment Of Late Menstruation And Amenorrhea

Purpose: To use inheritance auxiliary platform of TCM gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine to treat menstrual late in ancient books,amenorrhoea related formula for data mining,explore the traditional Chinese medicine to treat menstrual late in ancient books of department of gynaecology,amenorrhea,the formula of drug laws and characteristics of the analysis that the ancient physicians for treatment of late period,amenorrhea,core theory,in order to provide better treatment of late menstruation and menopause the ideas and methods.Method: Taking the monographs on obstetrics and gynecology in various departments of clinical syndromes in Chinese medical code as the research object,the relevant literatures related to late menstruation and amenorrhea were searched by searching the key words,and the prescriptions that met the standards were selected and extracted.The collected prescriptions were processed in a standardized manner,entered into the Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(v2.5)software,and the databases of late menstruation and amenorrhea prescriptions were established.Through frequency statistics,association rules,entropy clustering and improved mutual information method in the information platform,frequency statistics,data mining and data analysis were carried out for the drugs in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine and gynecology in the treatment of late menstruation and amenorrhea prescriptions,so as to explore their core drugs,commonly used drug combinations and prescription rules,and obtain new prescriptions.Results: Through the analysis of prescriptions of traditional Chinese gynecological ancient books for the treatment of late menstruation and amenorrhea,114 drugs were involved in the late menstruation group,and 240 drugs were involved in the amenorrhea group.There were14 drugs with the same frequency in the top 20 in the two groups,and there were more drugs with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in amenorrhea among different commonly used drugs.In the treatment of late menstrual period and amenorrhea,the drugs used were warm,flat and cold,of which the temperature was the most,and the proportion of sweet drugs was the largest in both groups.Among the drugs used in the treatment of late menstrual period,the most of them were spleen,liver and heart.The drug that treats amenorrhea to return spleen classics,the drug that liver classics pays equal attention to.By setting the number of supports and the degree of confidence,37 combinations of commonly used drugs for the treatment of late menstruation were obtained based on association rule analysis.A total of 22 commonly used drug combinations for the treatment of amenorrhea were obtained.On the basis of entropy level clustering,the core combinations of invisible rules were excavated: 18 groups in late menstruation and 26 groups in amenorrhea,and further clustering formed new prescriptions: 9 in late menstruation and 13 in amenorrhea.Conclusion:1.From the perspective of drug use,the ancient medical practitioners mainly used warm drugs,sweet,spicy and bitter in the treatment of late menstruation,which objectively reflected the characteristics of cold and deficiency in the later period of menstruation.The treatment of amenorrhea pays attention to both cold and warm,the combination of pain and pain,the care of spleen and stomach Yang qi.2.From the perspective of the treatment characteristics,the ancient medical treatment of late menstruation and amenorrhea mainly focused on qi and blood supplementation,with the aim of dispelling evil spirits.Ginseng,liquorice root,astragalus root and atractylodes atractylodes;The blood supplement is multi-purpose angelica root,white peony root and ripe ground;Wen jing powder cold multi-purpose cinnamon,ginger;Line gas multi-purpose cyperus,tangerine peel;Qingrehmannia and peony bark were used for clearing heat and cooling blood.Ligusticum chuanxiong is the most commonly used in stasis block.Spleen deficiency,phlegm and dampness are often used in combination with poria cocos.What is different is the late period of menstruation is much empty much cold,amenorrhea is given priority to with blood deficient blood stasis.3.Excavated in radix angelicae sinensis,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,update to angelica,radix paeoniae alba,angelica root,licorice,Chinese angelica,rehmannia glutinosa,angelica,poria cocos,angelica,atractylodes and rhizoma chuanxiong,radix paeoniae alba,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,rehmannia glutinosa and rhizoma chuanxiong,radix glycyrrhizae,radix paeoniae alba,radix rehmanniae,tuckahoe,licorice,many of them are used by modern clinical studies confirmed the compatibility increases its curative effect,still remaining to study medicine for a potential research value.4.The core combination and the new prescription lay a foundation for further study of the medication rules of late menstrual period and frequent witness type and the development of new drugs.However,further evaluation is still needed through traceability,clinician’s interpretation and clinical trials research and so on for further evaluation.
