Based On Data Mining, "Puji Prescription" For The Treatment Of Seizures And The Rule Of Medication

Objective: Based on data mining research "Pu Ji Fang" in the treatment of dysphagia all the prescriptions of the characteristics and rules of treatment.Methods: Collected a total of 408 prescriptions for the treatment of dysphagia from the "Pu Ji Fang " included in the "Chinese Medical"(Fifth Edition)published by Hunan Electronic Imaging Press.Establish a database using the V2.5 of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,and combined with the WPS2019 Excel table,statistical analysis of drugs such as the drug frequency,the four gases,the five flavors,the classics and efficacy classification,and combined with association rules and entropy clustering analysis method to analyze all prescription formulas.Results: 408 first prescription uses 244 drugs,the core medicines are liquoriceroot,cinnamon,orange peel,woody fragrance,ginseng,areca,tuckahoe,pinellia,myrobalan,dried ginger and dried ginger and Atractylodes macrocephala.The four gases aspects are mainly based on warm drugs,followed by calming drugs,cold drugs and heat drugs.The five flavors are mainly based on spicy drugs,followed by bitter and sweet drugs.T he classics to return to the main channel is mainly the spleen and stomach,followed by the lung,heart,kidney,liver and large intestine.In the classification of drug efficacy,the main drugs were qi regulating drugs and wenli drugs,followed by qi invigorating drugs.According to the association rules,49 commonly used combinations were analyzed,among which the most frequent drug combinations were "ginseng,liquoriceroot " and "orange peel,liquoriceroot ".Based on the entropy clusteringanalysis method,10 core combinations and 5 sets of new prescriptions were obtained,and a network display map was drawn.Conclusion: The main single syndrome types of dysphagia in "Pu Ji Fang" are qi stagnation syndromecold syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,phlegm syndrome and dampness syndrome.Treatment is mainly based on regulating qi,warming and dispersing cold,followed by invigorating qi,resolving phlegm and resolving dampness,combined with different symptoms of patients with different drugs,more of them are blood activating and stasis removing drugs.
