Based On Data Mining, The Application Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease With Deficiency Of Both Spleen And Kidney Are Analyzed

Purpose:Through literature research,this article explores the medication regularity of Chinese medicine for diabetic kidney disease of spleen and kidney deficiency in the past thirty years,and provides new literature evidence for clinical application.Material and method:Collected,summarized,and organized from January 1990 to December 2019 in Wanfang Chinese Medical Association digital journals,full-text database of Chinese academic journals(Cnki),Chinese scientific journal database(VIP),Chinese biology Relevant literature published in electronic databases such as the medical literature service system,academic scholarly search,superstar journals,etc.,and a database for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with spleen and kidney deficiency by Chinese medicine.Perform frequency and frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis in the obtained database.Apply statistical software SPSS24.0 when performing frequency analysis and cluster analysis,and apply SPSS Modeler 18.0 for association rule analysis.Results:1.Frequency analysis: The collected documents were screened according to the criteria for inclusion and discharge.Finally,there were 162 prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria,involving 166 traditional Chinese medicines.Among them,the 10 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency of use are: Astragalus,Poria,Yam,Salvia,Atractylodes,Dogwood,Alisma,Codonopsis,Rhubarb,and Fructus Aurantii.The common meridian meridians are the spleen meridian,kidney meridian,and lung meridian.In terms of four qi,cold,warm and flat medicines are the most commonly used medicines.In terms of the five flavors,bitter,sweet and spicy medicines are more commonly used.The common medicinal classes are tonic medicine,blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,diuretic and dampness medicine,and astringent medicine.2.Association rule analysis: The Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the association rules of 166 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,and the support degree was set to ?20 and the confidence degree was ?80.A total of 72 rules were generated.The most common of the two-drug combination,the three-drug combination,and the four-drug combination are Poria + Astragalus,Yam + Poria + Astragalus,and Danshen + Yam + Poria + Astragalus.3.Cluster analysis: Using the statistical method of cluster analysis for drugs with a frequency of ?20%,4 clustering methods were obtained.Conclusion:1.It is found that the traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetic kidney disease with deficiency of both spleen and kidney is mostly based on tonic medicine.Based on this emphasis is placed on the application of blood circulation and blood stasis medicine,diuretic and dampness medicine,and astringent medicine in order to cure branch and root.2.Astragalus,Poria,Yam,Danshen,Atractylodes,Dogwood,Alisma,Codonopsis,Rhubarb,and Fructus Australo are core drugs.
