Clinical Observation Of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction In Treating Dysmenorrhea Of ​​Endometriosis With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: The aim of this study was to observe the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide a new therapeutic scheme for endometriosis dysmenorrhea treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Sixty-four patients with dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: Treatment Group(N = 32)and Treatment Group(N = 32).64 patients with dysmenorrhea of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were enrolled in the Department of Gynecology,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to June 2019,xuefu Zhuyu decoction was used for the treatment of the disease,the Control Group(32 cases)was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule.Two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycle,observe the two groups before and after treatment dysmenorrhea symptom score,VAS score,tcm syndrome scores and so on.Results:1.Before treatment,age,course of disease,dysmenorrhea Symptom Score,dysmenorrhea degree VAS score,traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome score,dysmenorrhea duration,serum CA125 level and mean diameter of ovarian cyst were analyzed in two groups,p > 0.05,it is proved that there is no significant difference between the two groups of data.2.The scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,VAS scores of dysmenorrhea degree,TCM Syndrome scores,dysmenorrhea duration,serum CA125 level and mean diameter line of Ovarian cyst were analyzed,the P values were all < 0.05 and had statistical significance.After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom,the VAS score of dysmenorrhea degree,the score of TCM Syndrome,the duration of dysmenorrhea,the level of serum CA125 and the mean diameter line of ovarian cyst were significantly decreased.3.After treatment,the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms,the VAS scores of dysmenorrhea degree,the scores of Tcm Syndrome,the duration of dysmenorrhea,the level of Serum CA125 and the curative effect were statistically analyzed,p < 0.05,There was no significant difference in the mean diameter and line of Ovarian cyst between the two groups after treatment(p > 0.05),after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,p < 0.05,the result showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea,relieve the degree of pain,improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,shorten the duration of dysmenorrhea,reduce the integral of physical signs and the level of CA125,and reduce the diameter of ovarian cyst,the effect is definite.
