| Purpose:By collecting the cases of MPP of phlegm heat closed lung type,this paper discusses whether the treatment of MPP of phlegm heat closed lung type is more conducive to the recovery of the disease and makes a comprehensive evaluation.Material and method:This study selected children who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2018 to January 2019 and met the diagnostic criteria of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia of phlegm heat and lung closure type.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the method of random number table.Each group had 40 cases.The control group used cupping therapy and the treatment group used cupping therapy.The main symptom score,secondary symptom score,physical and chemical examination and symptom were compared before and after treatment The clinical data of this study were statistically analyzed.Finally,the clinical effect of cupping therapy was evaluated.Results:1.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.01).3.The differences of fever regression,cough and rale disappearance and hospitalization time were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group,among which,cough and rale disappearance and hospitalization time were significantly different(P < 0.01).4.The difference of main symptom score between the two groups was statistically significant(P.5.After treatment,there was statistical significance in the difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).6.In this study,the total effective rate of the treatment group(97.5%)was better than that ofthe control group(95%),and the effective rate of the treatment group(92.5%)was also higher than that of the control group(75%).The difference was statistically significant.7.After treatment,there was significant difference in CRP and LDH between the two groups(P There was no clear correlation between the heat time.Conclusion:1.Canning therapy is significantly better than cupping therapy in the overall clinical efficacy and healing rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(sputum-heat closed lung syndrome)in children.2.The acupuncture therapy is superior to cupping therapy in adjuvant treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome)in improving the total score of symptoms,total scores of major symptoms,total scores of secondary symptoms,and major and secondary syndrome points;3.Compared with cupping therapy,cup walking therapy can more effectively improve children’s cough and fever,promote the absorption of wet rales,and shorten hospitalization in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.time;4.The tank therapy is an adjuvant treatment for pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome),which can effectively improve the two physical and chemical tests of CRP and LDH in children,and reduce inflammation indicators in the body. |
