Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Yiqi Tongqiao Method Combined With Local Intervention In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Tongqiao method combined with local intervention in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,and to verify the feasibility of Yiqi Tongqiao method in the treatment of allergic rhinitis through the data of public databases.Materials and Methods: A total of 180 patients with allergic rhinitis who attended the Otolaryngology Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to October 2019 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for the trial study.Group and control group.The two groups of patients were combined with external treatment and internal treatment.The treatment group was given oral topical nasal spray twice daily with loratadine tablets once daily and Yiqi Tongqiao Chinese medicine decoction twice daily.The control group was given oral topical nasal spray twice daily combined with loratadine once daily.Each group filled in the VAS score form,quartile form,nasal endoscopic examination for turbinate swelling status score,nasal resistance measurement and nasal secretion smear.After 2 weeks of treatment,completed the VAS score form and quartile method.Table,follow-up treatment for 1 week,fill in the VAS score table,quartile table,perform nasal endoscopic examination for turbinate swelling status score,nasal resistance measurement,and nasal secretion smear,and evaluate the results of the above data analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of Yiqi Tongqiao method combined with local intervention for allergic rhinitis is 90% for 3 weeks,and the total effective rate of oral western medicine combined with local intervention for allergic rhinitis within 3 weeks is 75.6%,and the total effective rate of treatment group for 3 weeks The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group at 3 weeks(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.2.The visual analogue scale VAS score and quartile score of local symptoms and signs were compared between 2 weeks and 3 weeks after treatment and before treatment(P <0.05).The differences were statistically significant.3.The score of turbinate swelling status,nasal resistance measurement,and nasal secretion smear in the auxiliary examination.The differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P <0.05)were statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of allergic rhinitis with external treatment combined with internal treatment is effective in the treatment group and control group.Yiqitongqiao method combined with local intervention has a significant effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The test subject returned to the VAS score table and the four-point score table after 2 weeks of treatment,and the VAS score table,the four-point score table,and turbinate swelling status after 3 weeks of treatment Scores,nasal resistance measurements,and nasal secretion smears were significantly better than the control group.It fully reflects that the use of oral Chinese medicine decoction has certain advantages for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
