Physical Analysis Of Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy And Evaluation Of The Curative Effect Of "head, Hand, And Foot Spinal Acupuncture"

Purpose:Based on the analysis of the clinical data of children with spastic cerebral palsy,the physical type and distribution characteristics of children were determined,and the effect of "head、hand、foot、spine acupuncture and massage therapy" on children with cerebral palsy was discussed,so as to provide the basis for the clinical promotion of the therapy.Materials and methods: 1.Retrospective analysis of 104 cases of spastic cerebral palsy in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and Shenyang children’s Hospital from October,2017 to October,2019.Refer to the children’s constitution judgment standard table guided by Professor Wang Qi to classify the children’s constitution.2.According to the age,the children were divided into infant group(one to three years old),preschool group(over three to seven years old).According to the treatment plan,infant and preschool group were both divided into single therapy group and head,hand,foot and spine group.Before treatment and after two courses of treatment(one course is three months),gross function and muscle tension were assessed according to gmfm-88 and Ashworth.The evaluation results are input into Excel,database is established,and SPSS24 is used for statistical analysis.So that make an objective evaluation of the effect of different intervention methods on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Result: 1.Among the 104 cases,the majority were children with biased nature(100cases).Among the biased qualities,yin deficiency > qi depression > Qi deficiency > Yang deficiency > idiosyncrasy.2.The head,hand and foot chiropractic therapy in infant and pre-school group,the improvement of gross motor function in B、C、D and in B、C、D、E energy areas was better than that in single therapy group(P < 0.05).3.After single therapy or head,hand and foot chiropractic therapy,the spasticity of children in the infant group and preschool group was improved(P < 0.05);in head,hand and footchiropractic group,the spasticity of children in infant group was better than that in preschool group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The main characteristics of TCM Constitution distribution of spastic cerebral palsy are as follows: the majority of children with biased quality are yin deficiency quality,qi depression quality,Qi deficiency quality,Yang deficiency quality and special quality.2.In the infant group,the improvement of sitting,kneeling and crawling,and standing functions of children in the head,hand and foot Spine Group was significantly better than that in the single therapy group;in the preschool group,the improvement of sitting,kneeling and crawling,standing,walking,running and jumping functions of children in head,hand and foot spine Group was better than that in single therapy group;the spasticity of children before and after treatment were better.The improvement degree of children in infant group is better than that in preschool group.
