Observation Of Clinical Effects With Child Cerebral Palsy By Scalp Acupuncture And Rehabilitation Training

Objective: Explore the therapy for children with cerebral palsy by Scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation,compare with simple acupuncture and simple rehabilitation training,and observe the clinical effect with child cerebral by scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation.Method: Test design method,random-control study.According to the2004 national pediatric cerebral palsy workshop discussion by conditions of the definition of infantile cerebral palsy diagnosis and classification of pediatric cerebral palsy diagnosis standard,the 183 cases conformed to the standards randomly divided into normal acupuncture group,rehabilitation group,Scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation group.The simple acupuncture group choose the upper limb points such as Jianyu,Quchi,Shousanli,Hegu,and the lower limb points such as Biguan,Futu,Zusanli,Xuanzhong,Taichong.Acupuncture point local skin after routine disinfection,and use the disposable sterile acupuncture needles for 20 minutes each time,once per day,five times a week.Rehabilitation training groups combined with the actual movement ability and the severity of cerebral palsy children,make different training program,integrated application of Bobath and Vojta therapy,inhibiting abnormal posture and movement,to induce and promote normal motor development and balanced reaction,and enhance the muscle strength,reduce muscle tension,the traning need every time 30 min,1 times a day,five times a week.Scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training at the same time,and choose the take top line,bilateral temporal front slash.Acupuncture points after disinfection,and scalp needle is 15~30 ° angle,fast to galea aponeurotica,with retaining needle for 30 minutes.The training for 3months for a period of treatment,once per day,five times a week.Observed the changes before and after treatment,comparing effect and statistical results.Take the current epidemic evaluation standard Gross motor function assessment and scale muscle tension and strength of motion to assessment.Result:1 The three groups have no statistical significance about age,the level of GMFM assessment score,muscle tension and strength assessment before therapy.2 The three groups all have statistical significance about the GMFM assessment score,muscle tension and strength assessment before and after treatment in group contrast,showing that acupuncture and rehabilitation training can improve the level of gross motor in children and improve the physical activity levels.3 The three groups all have statistical significance about the GMFM assessment score,muscle tension and strength assessment after treatment between two groups,showing that the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment group better than the other two groups.Conclusion:1 The results of research show that the acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training for children with gross motor,muscle tension and strength improved,but the degree of activity obviously lower than the normal age children.So they also need long-term rehabilitation treatment in further to promote large motor development,then hope the children with motor function recover more.2 The effect of scalp acupuncture combine with rehabilitation training is superor to the simple acupuncture and rehabilitation training.So integrated therapy of traditional Chinese means on the treatment of cerebral palsy have more effection.
