| Background: With a high incidence of stroke around the world, the number of aphasia patients has increased rapidly.Although aphasia patients had some language recovery one month after stroke, nearly 60% of aphasia patients still did not recover completely one year after stroke. As a result,a large number of aphasia patients need clinical language rehabilitation training, which is a great pressure for the current medical system. How to maximize the use of existing language rehabilitation resources in time and space, and to explore feasible ways for rehabilitation have been a research hotspot recentlyObjectives : The aim of this study is to observe the feasibility of using Internet technology to carry out comprehensive aphasia rehabilitation training, and to observe the effectiveness of computer language and cognitive training in hospital as tele-treatment.Methods:There were 20 patients in each group in the inpatient group and the leaving group.Among them,10 cases were included in the inpatient control group,10 were included in the inpatient experiment group,10 were included in the control group after leaving the hospital, and 10 cases were admitted into the post-hospital experimental group. The inpatient control group was treated with routine treatment twice a day.The inpatient experimental group received a remote intervention on a daily basis on a routine basis.Treatment was performed for 30 minutes,5 times a week, and each patient was treated for 2 weeks.Prior to intervention and two weeks after treatment, the symptoms and improvement of the two groups of patients were performed using the first four items of the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB).Evaluation of the control group was treated with family theme communication for 30 minutes, twice a day for 30 days, while the experimental group was treated with family theme communication for 30 minutes per day,and tele-rehabilitation for 30 minutes for 30 days. Before treatment and one month after treatment, the first four items of Western Aphasia Battery(WAB),Aphasia Quotient(AQ)and Communicative Abilities in Daily Living Test(CADL)were used to evaluate the symptoms and improvement of the two groups of patients. Results : The scores before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Compared with the routine intervention, the patients’ understanding, expression, cognitive function and practical communication ability were significantly improved after using the remote intervention technique, and it was found that the effect of the tele-rehabilitation was similar to the rehabilitation in the hospital. But the time of the rehabilitation was about tripled. Conclusions : Tele-rehabilitation can actively promote the recovery of language function, restore communication ability and return to family in aphasia patients. |
