| Objective:To observe the effect of Yupingfeng granules preventing the cecurrent common cold and recuperating the Qi-deficient constitution.Methods:A total of 229 cases were recruited in this trial and randomly divide into treatment group(n=174)and control group(n=55).The subjects of the treatment group were taken orally Yupingfeng granules,while recuperaters of the control group were taken Yupingfeng granules placebo.Each group was treated for 3 months,and the follow-up period was 1 year,and clinical efficacy was observed before,the 3~rdd month,the 6~thh month,the 9~thh month,and the 12~thh month.Results:The study was finished well with a fine baseline.The numbers of the cecurrent common cold in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total scores of the clinical features of the Qi-deficient constitution in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the reductive ratio of the total score in the treatment group was 49.82%,and each of the reductive ratio of the clinical features in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.There was a significant difference in the appearance of the first time of colds after the two groups were treated(P<0.05),and the subjects had cold after were treated in the first time in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group.After stopping treatment,the difference of the total scores of the clinical features of the Qi-deficient constitution between the two groups was statistically significant at different time points(the 3~rdd month,the 6~thh month,the 9~thh month,and the 12~thh month)(P<0.05),the total score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Yupingfeng granules can effectively reduce the numbers of the cecurrent common cold of the Qi-deficient constitution,and have some preventive effect on colds occur again,and recuperate the Qi-deficient constitution. |
