| The Ming Dynasty spanned more than 270 years. As the last feudal dynasty established by the Han nationality,it laid the dominant position of Confucian culture at the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic and rejuvenated the clothes of the Han and Tang Dynasties. At this time, the development of Philosophy in Song and Ming Dynasty experienced the precipitation of the times and gradually penetrated into the deeper level of medicine, which made the Ming Dynasty become the peak period of medical Yi Tong.By sorting out and studying the medical literature of Yi in this historical period,we can understand how Yi-ology guides medical theory and clinical practice, and what role it plays in the process of medical perfection,so as to explore the way and direction of medical integration in the new era. This paper is mainly divided into four parts. The first part elaborates the background of the times.By combing the history of Yi-tong before the Ming Dynasty,we can know that image-number thinking is the traditional thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of the idea of "taking images and analogy" in the Book of Changes and the theory of mathematics, traditional Chinese medicine is constantly improving and developing. At the same time, because the Ming Dynasty advocated Neo-Confucianism and followed the traditional concept of filial piety, many intellectuals with frustrated official career turned to practicing medicine. In this respect, the social status of doctors was too high, and the philosophical literacy of doctors was enriched, which made Yi Tong reach its peak in this period. In the three part, the medical literature of the Ming Dynasty is sorted out.Taking the elements of Yi-ology as the research object, this paper focuses on its manifestations in medicine.Chapters 3 and 4 discuss the Nine Palaces,Eight Winds Model and Eight Diagrams respectively. In the application of model in medicine,on the one hand, they can be used as the direction of the reference tool,on the other hand, they can also play their time indicative role. But in the process of medical practice, both of them play the role of direction and time, which is the advantage of easy access. The fifth chapter explains the application of Yi-ology elements in traditional Chinese medicine as object-image analogy tools, and explains the application of Taiji, hexagram and numerology elements in explaining human physiological functions, pathological changes and in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions. The fifth chapter discusses the principles of Yi-ology,the way of thinking and the contribution of the original text of the Book of Changes to medicine at the level of Tao and Shu.On the one hand, doctors have formed a consensus that "the way of medicine lies in Yi",which involves Yi-ology in all fields of traditional Chinese medicine, including women and children at home and abroad,as well as in the prevention and treatment of health care;on the other hand,Yi-ology "changes when it is poor,it changes when it is flexible" and "all from its kind" ideas exist in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine has played a guiding role in meridian tropism and compatibility. The third part combs the literature of medical Yi in Ming Dynasty.Taking the elements of Yi as the object of study,it focuses on its manifestations in medicine.Chapters 4 and 5 respectively discuss the application of Jiugong Bafeng model and Bagua model in medicine. On the one hand, the two models can be used as orientation indicators,on the other hand, they can also play their time indicative role, but in medical practice. In the process, both of them play the roles of orientation and time, which is the advantage of Yi Yi Tong.Chapter 6 explains the application of Yi-ology elements in traditional Chinese medicine as object-image analogy tools. It also explains the application of Taiji, hexagram, numerology and other elements in explaining human physiological functions, pathological changes and in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions.Chapter 7 discusses the characteristics of the Ming Dynasty physician’s medical Yi thought, which is deeply influenced by the Song and Ming Neo-Confucianism and presents the phenomenon of the integration of Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism into medicine. The medical Yi-tong of the Ming Dynasty surpassed the previous dynasty in depth and breadth. The most important contribution was the development of Mingmen theory and the completion of Yi-yi.Yi-yi marked the formal establishment of Yi-yi School of Medicine. It also explains the application of Taiji, hexagram, numerology and other elements in explaining human physiological functions, pathological changes and in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions.Chapter 7 discusses the principles of Yi-ology,the way of thinking and the contribution of the original text of the Book of Changes to medicine at the level of Tao and Shu.On the one hand, physicians have formed a consensus that "the way of medicine lies in Yi",which involves Yi-ology in all fields of traditional Chinese medicine, including women and children at home and abroad,as well as health care and prevention;on the other hand,Yi-ology "changes when poor, changes when flexible" and "all from its kind" in China.Pharmacy plays a guiding role in meridian tropism and compatibility. The fourth part of this article is the conclusion. In the process of summarizing,we find that history is always advancing in twists and turns. After the rule of the Jin and Yuan Dynasties, the traditional Chinese culture finally ushered in the revival of the clothes of the Ming Dynasty, the Han and Tang Dynasties. From the end of the Qing Dynasty to a considerable period of time, the traditional culture has gone through dark years. Now,we are on the road of cultural exchange and integration, facing such an unprecedented situation.Great changes, great integration, how brilliant Chinese civilization plays a role in world culture, and how Chinese children will regain national cultural self-confidence on this basis are the problems that every Chinese children will face.It may be a kind of inspiration for us that the medical Yi-ology of Ming Dynasty merged the three thoughts and made great progress. In the future, the development of medical Yi-ology should adhere to the position of traditional culture, absorb the essence of other cultures, and believe that traditional Chinese medicine can play a greater role in the future. |
