Adolescent drug abuse has become an increasingly serious social problem.Drug abuse not only has great harm to the physical and mental health of young people, but also may cause a series of illegal and criminal problems and disrupt social order.Although there are some tools for measuring the risk of drug abuse at home and abroad, they are almost not suitable for adolescents, and there is also a lack of a scale to assess the risk of drug abuse through psychological risk factors. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a tool that can quantify the risk of adolescents’ substance abuse from psychological risk factors, and at the same time,it can also provide a reference for adolescent drug abuse prevention and control. In the first study, this article takes compulsory quarantine drug addicts as the research object, explores twelve psychological risk factors, compiles adolescent drug abuse risk assessment scale, and collects samples of compulsory quarantine drug addicts three times for testing. The results were revised and the reliability and validity of the scale were verified. In the second study, using the scale prepared in the first study to test the normal people,it proves that the scale is feasible. In study three, adolescents were tested using a scale, proving that the scale has the ability to distinguish between individuals at different risk of drug abuse.Developed adolescent drug abuse risk assessment scale includes two subscales of psychological inducement and personal traits, including depression, social support, parenting style, social prejudice, psychological elasticity, social anxiety, coping style, positive and negative emotions,self-esteem,self Identity,self-control and feeling seek twelve dimensions with 113 questions. The Krumbach α coefficients in all dimensions are above 0.7,and the Krumbach αcoefficients of the two sub-scales are above 0.8 and 0.9,respectively.The scale model fits well and meets the measurement standards.
