| Objective By analyzing the modern clinical application medical records, clinical experience, and clinical case reports of Dihuang in Jingfang Decoction,to explore the main treatment diseases, syndromes, symptoms, applied doses and compatibility factors of Dihuang in Jingfang Decoction. In order to get the disease-syndrome-dose-effect relationship of the application of Dihuang in Jingfang decoction, and provide reference for clinical application of Dihuang. Methods The database was established based on the relevant data of the clinical application Jingfang decoction containing Dihuang in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI).And SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to perform descriptive statistics and statistical analysis on the data involved in the medical case.Using the classic association rule Apriori algorithm in SPSS Modeler 14.1 to mine the association rules of Jingfang Decoction Dihuang in modern medical recordsResult1 Baihe Dihuang Decoction has a wide range of therapeutic effects, involving diseases such as internal medicine, gynecology, and dermatology. The clinical syndrome differentiation is mainly based on the syndromes of Yin deficiency and Yang vigorousness and Qi and Yin deficiency. The average dose of Shengdi is 10.1g,the average dose of Shudi is 11.5g,the common dose of Shengdi is 20g,the common dose range is 10g-21g,the maximum dose is 60g;the common dose of Shudi is 15g,the common dose range(10g,20g),the maximum value is 20g.In the syndrome diagnosed as Yin deficiency and Yang vigorousness, only the Shengdi is used in the prescription, the average dosage is 20.35g,the common dosage is 20g,the common dosage range is(15g,20g).2 The clinical application of Fangji Dihuang Decoction is usually mainly based on the diseases of traditional Chinese medicine, dennatology and pediatrics.Syndrome differentiation has the highest frequency of blood heat syndrome(9 times). The average dose in the Shengdi is 47.05g,the usual dose is 60g,and the usual dose range is 30-60g.In the treatment of blood-heat syndrome, the average dosage of Shengdi is 53.89g,the usual dose is 60g,and the usual dose range is(25g,75g).3 In Huangtu Decoction medical cases, blood syndrome accounts for 50.87%,and gynecological hemorrhagic disease accounts for 7.02%.Syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine is most common with spleen and stomach deficiency(31.11%),spleen failure to control blood(14.44%),and spleen and kidney yang deficiency(6.67%).The average dose of Shengdi is 14.95g,the common dose is 15g,and the common dose range is(10g,15g);the average dose of familiar ground is 15g,the common dose is 10g,and the common dose range is(9.25g,18.75g).In the case of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome, the average dosage of Shengdi is 14.77g,the usual dosage is 15g,the common dosage range is(13.5g,15g),the common dosage range is;the average average dosage of Shudi is 16.14g,which is commonly The dosage is 15g,and the usual dosage range is(10g,24g).4 Jiaoai Decoction was diagnosed with the highest frequency of collapse and leakage(19 times),accounting for 34.55%of medical records. The average dose of Shengdi is 17.43g,the common dose of is 30g,and the common dose range is(12g,24g);the average dose of Shudi is 15.92 g,the common dose of Rehmannia glutinosa is 30g,and the common dose range is(12g,20g).In the cases of deficiency of both qi and blood, the average dosage of Shudi is 14.4g,the most commonly used quantity is 15g,the commonly used range is(12g,15g),the dosage range is[12g,15g];the average dosage of Shengdi is 12.8g.5 Zhigancao decoction diagnosed with palpitations accounted for 76.06%of the cases. The average dose of Shengdi is 30.13g,the common dose is 30g,the common dose range is(14.25g,30.00g).The average dose of Shudi is 22.2g,the common dose is 15g,the common dose range is(15.00g,22.00g),and the dose interval is[10g,45g].In the cases of both Qi and Yin deficiency syndromes, the average dosage of Shengdi is 23.98g,the usual dose is 30g,the usual dose range is(12.5g,60g),the dose interval is[10g,120g];The average dosage is 19.5g,the commonly used dose is 18g,the commonly used dose range is(10.5g,21.75g).Conclusion:In the medical case of Baihe Dihuang Decoction,it is often used to treat Yin deficiency Fire excessive syndrome and Qi yin deficiency syndrome, its main function is to nourish yin and remove heat.In the medical case of Fangji Dihuang Decoction, the dose of the Shengdi is higher than that in Zhigancao Decoction,Baihe Dihuang Decoction,Huangtu Decoction, and Jiao Ai Decoction. It is commonly used for the treatment of blood-heat syndrome. The average dose of modern Dihuang Decoction and the overall average dose are less than The original dosage, but it is still a typical prescription for modern large-dose application. In Huangtutang medical case, dihuang do not play a major role, mainly in small doses, most commonly used Shudi in combination with other drugs, and make full use of the warm characteristics of Shudi. In Jiao Ai Tang’s medical case,Shengdi and Shudi are commonly used to treat both Qi and Blood deficiency syndrome and Chong Ren deficiency syndrome, and it is mainly compatible with Shudi. From the perspective of drug compatibility, the ratio is closer to Jiao Ai Tang’s original prescription when the dose of Dihuang approach six lang. When using Zhigancao Decoction,Dihuang is characterized by a large dose and a wide range of doses. It is mainly used to treat qi and blood deficiency and qi and yin deficiency syndrome, while Shengdi’s dose is greater than that of qi and blood when treating qi and yin deficiency syndrome, and the dose of Shudi for the treatment of both qi and blood deficiency is greater than the dose for treating Qi and Yin deficiency. It can be seen that the Shengdi modern application of Zhigancao Decoction is stronger to cure qi and yin deficiency, and Shudi is stronger to cure qi and blood deficiency. In addition,it has the effect of promoting blood circulation. |
