Researchon The Dose And Impact Factors Of Xiaochaihu Decoction Based On Data-mining Techniques

Purpose:Through analyzing medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction, the thesis aims to discuss the law of dose-effect relationship and influencing factor, in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and clinic application.Methodology:Consult medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction from 622 kinds of medical cases books and 150 kinds of magazine. All the collected materials form the research object. The writer builds up a Microsoft EXCEL database to input, regularize and preprocess the data, and then use data-mining to analyze medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction in main symptoms, prescription, dose, consultation, district and effect, so as to study the dose-effect law of Xiaochaihu Decoction.Results:1. Among all the 2898 medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction, there are 252 types of diseases, and the top three are cold, hypochondriac pain, and cough; there are 1462 main symptoms, and the first three are bitter mouth, alternate chills and fever, and dry mouth.2. Among all the medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction, there are 461 medicines, altogether 30452 times,451 of which are adding medicines, altogether 14677 times, and the most frequent three are clearing-heat medicines, tonifying-deficiency medicines, and relieving-exterior medicines. And the top five of adding medicines are Radices Paeoniae Alba (618 times), Poria Cocos (429 times), Tangerine Peel (366 times), Angelica Sinensis (352 times), Fructus Aurantii (287 times).3. Among all the medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction, the adding medicines' modal number of the top three types of diseases (cold, hypochondriac pain, and cough) are 6,4,5. And Ginger (1265 times), Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae (1340 times) are first two detracted medicines among all the medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction.4. Among all the medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction, the modal number of herb medicine:Bupleurum 10g, Starwort Root 12g, Baical Skullcap Root 10g, Pinellia Tuber 10g, Liquorice 6g, Ginseng 10g, Codonopsis Pilosula 10g, Radix Pseudostellariae 15g, Ginger(g) 10g, Ginger(p) 3piece, Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae(g) 10g, Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae(mei)5mei.5. dose influencing factor analytic resultâ‘ With the development of times, does has a rising trend to the original formula.â‘¡According to the analysis of Xiaochaihu Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the modal number of herb medicine made by zones of different.â‘¢According to the analysis of Xiaochaihu Decoction, there are no obvious influence to the modal number of herb medicine (except Ginseng) made by solar periods of different. Ginseng Data-mining in Autumn Begins, White Dew, Hoar Of Descends and Flurry has achieved anticipating dose-effect result.6. Data-mining in decocting method defines application changes of Xiaochaihu Decoction after Han dynasty.7. Among all the medical cases of Xiaochaihu Decoction effectiveness, Well-healed 1390; Active 1453; Frustrane 12; Unbeknown 43.Conclusion:1.With the development of times, does has a rising trend to the original formula.2.The portion of Chaihu and Baical Skullcap Root have distinguished differences to the formula recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.3.The decocting method have distinguished differences to the formula recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.4.
