Objective:In this study,Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise was used as the main intervention to explore the feasible exercise prescription for patients with CHD after PCI.By comparing the two groups of patients before and after the intervention of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ short questionnaire),and TCM syndrome integral, evaluate the clinical effect of Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise. Methods:In this study,60 patients with CHD after PCI Were included who met the inclusion criteria as the research object.30 cases were randomly divided into test group and 30 cases were randomly divided into control group,In the test group, the intervention method was standardized secondary prevention combined with Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise, while in the control group, the intervention method was standardized secondary prevention.A month later,Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),International Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ short questionnaire),and TCM syndrome integral were used for grading. To comprehensively evaluate the intervention effect of this method on the quality of life of patients with CHD after PCI,and evaluate the efficacy of Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise according to the standard of TCM syndrome efficacy of CHD in the Guiding Principles of Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Medicine.Results:1.Baseline assessment:After 1 month of intervention,1 case was lost in the control group, and the final cases included in the test group and the control group were 30 and 29 cases, respectively, with a loss rate of 2%.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of gender, age and TCM syndrome score before intervention in the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.SAQ scores:Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in the evaluation of SAQ between the test group and the control group(P>0.05).which was comparable. After the intervention.all the evaluation aspects of the test group and the control group were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, the comparison between the test group and the control group was statistically significant in terms of physical activity limitation degree, treatment satisfaction degree, and disease awareness(P<0.05),while the comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant in terms of angina pectoris stabilization degree and angina pectoris attack(P>0.05).3.Psychological states:Before the intervention, the SAS scale and SDS scale scores of the test group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable. After the intervention.SAS and SDS scores were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).The difference in SAS scores between the test group and the control group after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in SDS scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Sleep quality assessment:There was no statistically significant difference in the PSQI score, sleep quality, sleep efficiency and hypnotic drug evaluation factors between the test group and the control group before the intervention(P>0.05).The total PSQI scores, daytime dysfunction, sleep time, sleep quality.sleep latency, hypnotic drugs, and sleep disorders of the test group after the intervention were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).and the sleep time and sleep latency of the control group were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference among the other evaluation factors(P<0.05).The difference of PSQI total score and sleep quality between the test group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference of sleep efficiency and hypnotic drugs between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.Physical activity:The comparison of IPAQ between the test group and the control group before intervention was not statistically significant(P>0.05),suggesting comparability. After the intervention,IPAQ in both the test group and the control group was statistically significant compared with that before the intervention(P<0.05).After intervention, there was a statistically significant difference in IPAQ between the test group and the control group(P<0.05).6.Curative effect of TCM syndromes:After 1 month of intervention,5 cases in the test group showed effective efficacy.21 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,0 cases were aggravated, and the total efficiency was 87%.In the control group, there were 1 effective cases,17 effective cases,9 ineffective cases, and 2 aggravated cases, with a total effective rate of 62%.The difference of TCM syndrome efficacy between the test group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise can effectively improve living quality of patients with CHD after PCI;2.Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise can significantly reduce the anxiety score of patients with CHD after PCI,effectively improve the sleep quality, and significantly increase the physical activity of patients with CHD after PCI3.Guo's Yangxin Yizhi Exercise can effectively improve the physical activity limitation degree of patients with CHD after PCI,improve treatment satisfaction degree and disease awareness, effectively reduce TCM syndrome score, and help patients to maintain physical and mental health,so as to better improve living quality and make the disease develop in a better direction.
