Research On The Selection Of Items In The Diagnostic Scale Of Motor Neuron Disease Syndrome Elements Based On Expert Experience

Objective In order to obtain expert opinions on the common syndrome elements of motor neuron disease and diagnostic information of clinical symptoms,the research has been built through literature research and expert consultation questionnaires,referring to the Delphi method,to screen the common syndrome elements of motor neuron disease and the diagnosis scale items of syndrome elements,and to lay the foundation for building a diagnosis scale of syndrome elements of motor neuron disease.Methods 1.Literature retrieval:A pool has been established for expert questionnaires of the syndrome elements of motor neuron disease based on literature.Retrieve CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA journal database and "Chinese Medical Code" has been used for obtaining target literature,analyzing the literature,collecting four diagnosis information and common syndromes related to motor neuron disease,and decomposing the syndrome type into syndrome elements,extract the clinical symptoms,and using Excel to count the frequency and frequency of the clinical symptoms and the syndrome.elements.2.Expert consultation:Based on expert experience,screen items for the diagnosis scale of motor neuron disease syndrome elements.Referred to the Delphi method,consulted experts’opinions through two rounds of expert questionnaires,the text obtain expert experience,screen out common syndrome elements of motor neuron disease and diagnostic information from the clinical symptoms,from the perspective of importance and clinical operability.Results Based on expert experience,6 common syndrome elements of motor neuron disease were selected,namely Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,deficiency of essence,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,and dampness.The entries of the 6 syndrome factor diagnosis scales are as follows:The items of the Qi-Deficiency Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:fatigue,Less breath and idle talk,shortness of breath,weak pulse,spontaneous sweating,pale tongue,weak pulse,feeble pulse,moderate pulse.The items of the Yang-Deficiency Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:fear of cold,cold limbs,sore waist and knees,light mouth without thirst,frequent nocturia,clear urination,light tongue,fat tongue,water moss,moderate pulse,slow pulse,weak pulse,feeble pulse,and deep pulse.The items of the deficiency of essence Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:loose teeth,soft waist and knee,deafness and tinnitus,forgetfulness,dull expression,stiff limbs,night sweats,lethargy,feeble pulse,deep pulse,weak pulse.The items of the Yin-Deficiency Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:dysphoria in chest palms-soles,dryness in the eyes,tidal reddening of the cheeks,mouth dryness dry throat,night sweat,emaciation,waist and knee weakness,hot flashes,thirst for drinking,blushing,dry stool.Stool dry knot,red tongue,less moss,red face,fine pulseThe items of the Blood-Deficiency Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:pale lips,dry eyes,pale complexion,forgetfulness,emaciation,pale face,pale tongue,weak pulse,fine pulse,feeble pulseThe items of the dampness Syndrome Diagnostic Scale based on expert experience screening are:dizziness such as wrapped,wan PI na stay,body tired heavy,look dull,mouth sticky,phlegm more,phlegm sticky,phlegm white,mouth greasy not thirsty,moss white,joint/muscle ache,stool sticky,water slippery moss,greasy moss,tongue fat,moistening pulse,slippery pulse.Conclusion:1.Expert experience can provide advice for screening common syndrome elements of motor neuron disease and diagnosis scale items of syndrome elements from the perspective of importance.Reference to the Delphi method is an effective method to obtain expert experience.Clinical maneuverability provides entries for the syndrome diagnosis scale,which is one of the effective ways to screen common syndrome elements,syndrome diagnosis list items,and establish TCM syndrome diagnosis standards2.The selection of items in the diagnosis scale of TCM syndromes elements should focus on the combination of item sensitivity,importance,representativeness,independence and clinical operability.The clinical appearance frequency of the item can be used as an important reference.The clinical frequency of items can be used as an important reference for item screening.3.The final determination of the diagnosis scale of motor neuron disease syndrome elements depends on further in-depth research and clinical and expert verification.
