A Multi-center Randomized Double-blind Controlled Study Of Rebi Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Arthritis Synovitis Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: Through the development experience of professor shi qi type heat bi party on hot bizu knee osteoarthritis synovitis of multicenter randomized double-blind controlled clinical trial research,demonstrate clinical experience,professor shi qi to knee osteoarthritis treatment center of gravity forward,in the early days of knee osteoarthritis is synovitis period intervention treatment,further observation type bi side of the knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect and safety of synovitis,benefit the patients.Subjects: A randomized,double-blind,double-simulated controlled trial was conducted.Cases from longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine and cooperation unit: Shanghai xuhui district lingyun street community health service center,Shanghai changning district day mountain road street community health service center of outpatients,according to the knee MRI,blood sedimentation,CRP,knee joint swelling and pain and fever,tongue coating pulses factors such as filtering,participants included 90 patients,the treatment group and control group 45 cases respectively;The treatment group was treated with rebifang granule combined with western medicine simulation agent,and the control group was treated with oral western medicine celecoxib combined with rebifang granule simulation agent.The efficacy was evaluated by observing VAS score,WOMAC index comprehensive evaluation,skin temperature of knee joint,tenderness of knee joint,swelling degree of knee joint and sf-36 before and after treatment in the two groups.Results: Among the 90 patients enrolled in this study,83 cases were included and 7 cases were lost.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS score,WOMAC index comprehensive evaluation,skin temperature of knee joint,tenderness of knee joint and swelling degree of knee joint between the two groups.After 3 weeks of treatment,VAS score,WOMAC index comprehensive evaluation,skin temperature of knee joint and tenderness of knee joint in both groups were improved compared with that before treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the regression of swelling.At the 12-week follow-up,VAS score,WOMAC index comprehensive evaluation,skin temperature of the knee,tenderness of the knee and swelling of the knee in both groups were improved compared with that before and 3 weeks after treatment,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in SF36 scores between the treatment group and the control group before treatment.There was no significant difference in SF36 score between the treatment group and the control group before and 3 weeks after treatment.At the 12-week follow-up,SF36 scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and no significant difference was found in the improvement of SF36 scores except for health status,suggesting that the long-term health status of patients in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Group 1 had no effect,the control group is invalid 6 cases,efficient,respectively 97.60% and 85.40%,P = 0.007 < 0.01,suggesting that efficiency of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion: 1.Both methods can effectively improve the synovitis of the knee joint,and the long-term effect is better;2.The total effective rate of professor shiqi rebi prescription was obviously better than the control group.3.Professor shi qi’s method of "invigorating qi and activating blood circulation" and "clearing heat and benefiting dampness" has achieved good clinical efficacy after long-term clinical application.It is an effective and safe method of dampness.
