Research On Tahir Ve Z?hre (Tahir Ve Z?hre) By Uyghur Folk Dastan

Uyghur folk Dastan is the main source of Uyghur literature.Being the earliest genre of Uyghur literature,Dastan is considered as the hardest writing style for Uyghur writers with its long poetic and narrative pattern in context.Uyghur folk Dastan is also the quintessence of"Uyghur Twelve Muqam" and it represents the splendid Uyghur history and noble tradition.Each folk Dastan individually reflects the certain historical background of Uyghur society,Uyghur customs,religious believes,and their historical evolution processesUyghur folk Dastan "Tahir and Z6hre" was written on the base of a true love story that happened in Bashegim,Korla city of Xinjiang This Dastan is more typical in context and has more national character comparing to other Uyghur love Dastans.Dastan "Tahir and Z?hre"exposes the true colors of feudalist society,and also implies people’s desire towards pure love and beautiful,harmonious life between human beings.There are many versions of this Dastan that scholars know about,this thesis is written according to the version that published by Mamut Qasim in 2006 in the name of book "Black Hair Lady".Even though this version is not the earliest one of all,but it’s perfect in the content,comparatively conplex in language and structure It can be the most appropriate version to use motif analytic method and comparative analytic method during the study.This paper consists of four parts including introduction,body part,conclusion and the appendix.The introduction part mainly introduces the research trends of Uyghur folk Dastans(in general)at home and abroad;illustrates different versions of Uyghur folk Dastan "Tahir and Z6hre," published so far,and various studies on these different versions.Body part has three sections,the first chapter focuses on the main content of Dastan "Tahir and Z6hre";section two discusses the time and locale of the story as well as the tomb of protagonists that still exists in Korla city.Section three analyses the central idea of whole Dastan.Chapter two is the core of whole thesis.It focuses on the motif analytic study of story line of Dastan "Tahir and Z?hre".This section lists out all the motifs that used in Dastan according to the Stiff Thompson ’s taxonomy on folktales.The third chapter analyzes Dastan’s stylistic form,from the two aspects of stylistic language and rhetorical devices,this part tries to find out dastan’s commonly used types of figures of speech and manifests the Dastan’s language beauty and artistic beauty;In the conclusion part,author summarizes the content of three chapters above,and gives appropriate insights and views.The appendix is the Chinese translation of Dastan,and this could be considered as the most complete Chinese translation of Dastan "Tahir and Z?hre".
