The trend of globalization is obvious,China wants to connect with the world,the role of English as an international language is becoming more and more obvious.In China,primary school English has gradually popularized,teachers should not only teach students knowledge,but also teach students to use English.Teach students to think and improve their English learning ability.Nowadays,society,school and parents attach great importance to English education,but there are still many students who are not satisfied with their English learning,and they have a headache when they speak English.How to improve the enthusiasm of primary school students to learn English,let English open their thinking,guide students to correct thinking,this is the focus of many experts and scholars.Primary school English classroom questioning is the teachers to understand students' English learning situation,an important aspect of the interaction with students,if you can improve the effectiveness of English classroom questioning,to increase students' interest in learning English,plays a positive role in improving students' English ability,so this paper chooses the effectiveness of primary school English classroom questioning as the research focus.This paper adopts literature research method,questionnaire and interview survey method,action research method,from the following aspects of primary school English classroom questioning effectiveness investigation.First,the introduction.This paper expounds the research background and significance,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research content and research methods,introduces the innovation of this paper,and defines the related concepts;secondly,the investigation of the current situation of primary school English classroom questioning.Through the questionnaire survey found that there are some problems in the effectiveness of questioning in primary school English classroom,mainly classroom questioning is simple,casual,targeted is not strong;classroom questioning waiting time is insufficient;classroom questioning evaluation method is single,inflexible.There are many reasons for these problems,the main reasons include the lack of effective primary school English teachers' questioning,the training of teaching system,the inappropriate choice of knowledge points for teachers' questioning,the lack of effective questioning skills for teachers,and the inadequate evaluation mechanism of questioning effectiveness in primary school English class.Finally,aiming at these problems and the causes,this paper puts forward the strategies of questioning effectiveness in primary school English class.One is to strengthen the training of teachers,transforming teaching concept,which include strengthening teachers to attach importance to the effectiveness of questioning,through training for teachers to form good questioning attitude and habits,through training for teachers' effective practical benefits of clear classroom questioning;the second is to enhance the abilities of English teachers' effective questioning,including improving teachers in the classroom question ability,improve teachers' ability in classroom questioning,improve teachers' classroom questioning after evaluation and reflection ability;the third is to establish and perfect the primary school English classroom questioning evaluation mechanism,including clear primary school English classroom questioning evaluation time,should clear the primary school English classroom questioning evaluation to students as the fundamental starting point is to encourage teachers;through Asking questions and creating situations to improve the effectiveness of questioning.
