On The "sorrow" Characteristics Of Marriage And Love Poems In "The Book Of Songs"

Open the ancient Book of Songs,we will always be touched by its marriage and love songs full of joys and sorrow.And when we look at these poems,we find that there is an endless stream of sadness."Sadness" as an important feature of the marital and love songs of the Book of Songs is very obvious,It contains the profound psychological accumulation of the people and the marriage situation of the people at that time,so it is worth exploring.This paper mainly discusses the "sadness" characteristics of the poems of the Book of Songs from the aspects of content,causes and artistic expression,aiming at a more comprehensive understanding of the emotional tone.The full text consists of the introduction and three chapters.The introduction is mainly about the definition of related concepts in this paper,including two parts.The first is the determination of the number and the concept of marital and love songs poems in the Book of Songs.The definition of the concept is mainly based on the original text,carefully reading texts,words and exegesis,and referring to the previous definition standards.Based on this,we identify 86 love poems.The definition of "Sadness" is mainly from the perspective of psychology,which is related to the analysis of relevant scholars at home and abroad,and combines the text of the Book of Songs to obtain its connotation.The first chapter analyses the content of "Sadness" of the marital and love poems of the Book of Songs.First of all,according to the marriage and love process,the marital and love poems can be divided into two sections:premarital and married.The premarital poems are divided into admire poems,love poem and lovelorn poems,mainly analyzes the melancholy of the men admire women and the anxiousness of the female seeking male,the pain of the love between the two sides and the sorrow of the brokenhearted woman.The marriage poetry is divided into four parts:missing but can’t see each other,being abandoned,separation of life and death,and other parts,mainly analyzes these contents:the woman’s constant sorrow for the husband who go out to battle and the husband’s nostalgia;the misery of woman’s unprovoked discarded;the sorrow of husband and wife separated by life and death and the other types of sorrow and pain in the process of marriage and marriage such as get married to a place far away from home.The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the "Sadness" of the marital and love poems of the Book of Songs.By analyzing the quantity and content of "sad" poetry in marital and love poems,we draw the conclusion that the main body of sadness is female.On this basis,this issue is discussed from three aspects.First of all,the development of productive forces and social transformation makes men gradually become the main body of economic activities,together with human found male role in the reproductive activities,and collecting economy in the agrarian era has gradually lost its importance and a series of other reasons,the male becomes dominant in society,while women began to be their vassal,lost the lofty status in the economic and social.Secondly,the marriage system of the Zhou Dynasty is mainly the polygamy of the aristocracy and monogamy in the folk.Under the patriarchal system,the unequal marriage system focuses on the political function of marriage,neglecting the rights of women as human beings,and taking women as the political victims and reproductive tools,make they have lose their rightful place in marriage.Finally,the strict rules of Zhou Li in marriage have a fierce conflict with the instinct of the pursuit of good marriage and love.The low status of women in marriage and the conflict between love and propriety are the causes of the sadness of many women in marital and love poems.The third chapter discusses the artistic expression of the "sadness" feature of the marriage and love poems of the Book of Songs.First of all,the love poems in the Book of Songs multiple use metaphor tactics describes the scenery and expresses emotion,placed their anxiety and sadness in it,formed the emotional tone of melancholy and sadness.Secondly,the love poems of the Book of Songs create a series of melancholy artistic conception of the poem by using of sad images and the scenes lyrical ways such as "merging feeling with scenery",so as to express the sadness.Finally,we discusses four kinds of lyrical modes created by the marriage and love poems in the Book of Songs,that is:"Miss someone at dusk","Miss someone when picking","Express sorrow by the river" and "Miss someone when climbing".The various images in the lyrical mode,such as "dusk" and "picking",contain unique cultural connotations,based on this,the marital and love poems to create Lyric mode to express sorrow,make the feeling of sadness more prominent.In short,"Sadness" is an important feature of marriage and love poems in the Book of Songs.Its status is outstanding,and its content is rich.It is worth our further exploration and research.
