Since the implementation of the bilingual mastery,the Kazakh people Chineselevel has been improved.However,there are still some problems in the process ofChinese phonetics learning by Kazakhs.This paper draws on the related theories ofinterlanguage research,taking Xinjiang Kazak Putonghua proficiency test level as a breakthrough point for the research and innovation point,adopting statistical analysis,empirical analysis,experimental language map analysis and so on,carefully analyzes the five levels of mandarin Chinese(level 2 grade a,2 b,3 grade a,3 b,unclassed),sums up the characteristics of the consonant error in each grade and puts forward corresponding teaching strategies,in order to help the Kazak learners grasp the emphasis and difficulty in Chinese consont,so as to effectively promote the Kazak learners ’ Chinese language.After compring the consonant system between the Chinese and Kazakhlanguages,this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese consonant errors and summarize the vocabulary level characteristics of Kazak people.The research shows:[tsh],[(?)h],[t(?)h],[s],[ph]keep a higher mistakes rate,and the difficulty level is in theforefront;confusing the dental and the retroflex.confusing the aspirated and unaspirated sound,confusing the affricate and fricative,confusing the retroflex and the dorsal,confusing the[ph]and[f]is the common error types of chinese in five grades.The defect rate of[z],and[ts]is higher than the other consonants,reading thevoiceless consonant[p]、[t]、[k]、[ts]into voiced consonant[b]、[d]、[g]、[z],readingthe[zj into[r],reading the dorsal into the palatal-alveolar is the common defect typein five grades.The number of specific mistakes,the mistake rate and the error rateof each initial consonant are basically in accord with the mandarin lever.The higherthe lever.the more the specific mistakes form,the higher the mistake rate and thehigher the error rate.In general,the difficult and defective sounds of each grade arebasically the same.The cause of the Kazakh people’s error may have the followingreasons:the interference of Kazakh,the influence of target language migration,theinfluence of phonetic change,the influence of phonetic alphabet on initial consonantlearning,the impact of the learner’s living environment and the teacher’s pronunciation and the influence of the Cher method.In teaching tactics,we should insist on teaching Chinese characters from three angles:form,tone and meaning of Chinese characters,with particular attention paid to the discrimination between the characters of similar form and form,and the improvement of the literacy level of Kazakhs.Second,In the process of resolving difficulties,from easy to difficult,stepby step,to enhance students’ discrimination of easy to mix initials,use a variety ofmethods to strengthen the practice to help to learn Chinese consonants,to improve the literacy level.
