| The development of technology accelerates the combination of technology and education.In recent years,education has developed from "Blogger" to multimedia teaching,then "Flipped classroom",a new educational concept,is flooding into China.The implementation of flipped classroom overturns the traditional teaching process.It makes the knowledge imparting accomplished through the assistance of information technology before class and after class,and the internalization of knowledge is then accomplished with the help of teachers and classmates in class.Flipped classroom is undoubtedly a reform in education.It promotes the individualization of teachers’ teaching,the effectiveness of the classroom and the students’ independent learning.This paper selects a rural primary school in YangZhong city as a case study.In this essay,the application of flipped classroom in primary school English teaching was investigated and studied.During the process of flipped classroom implementation,many problems arose.Analyzing the reasons of these problems and considering the actual situation of the school,I put forward some proposals.In the process of implementing primary school English flipped classroom,there are a few problems:on the one hand,some teachers’understanding of flipped classroom is biased,they don’t have good information literacy,they don’t have enough control over flipped classroom and they’re unable to provide timely and effective evaluation and feedback to all students.On the other hand,the effect of students’ watching micro class is not good,students have poor self-discipline and students are not good at self-study and cooperative learning.As far as teachers are concerned,the main reason for teachers’ insufficient ability to "flip" the classroom is that teachers lack theoretical learning and training of flipped classroom and information technology;Due to limited time and energy,teachers cannot give feedback to all students.As far as students are concerned,the main reason for their poor ability to participate in flipped classroom is that they lack of proper method guidance,they are deeply restricted by the characteristics of age and the law of psychological development,they lack of self-study ability and the division of labor is not clear.Therefore,in view of the above problems,the article puts forward the following solutions:teachers should strengthen theoretical learning of flipped classroom,improve their classroom control,the ability of information technology application and the ability of evaluation and feedback.Meanwhile,teachers should strengthen the guidance of students’ learning methods,cultivate students’ independent learning ability,their cooperative learning ability and their self-discipline. |
