A Comparative Study Of The Adverb "Jiu" And Related Adverbs In Vietnamese

Chinese adverb "Jiu" is a special type of Chinese grammar for Vietnamese students to acquire Chinese.The Chinese adverb Jiu is abstract in meaning,complex in grammar and changeable in usage.Besides,foreign students can not avoid the interference and adverse effects of their mother tongue when they acquire Chinese.Therefore,when they use the Chinese adverb "Jiu",they are prone to erroneous sentences.The Chinese adverb "Jiu" has different meanings in different contexts.There are six words corresponding to "Jiu" in Vietnamese:(?).Some of them have the same meanings as "Jiu",and some have different meanings from "Jiu".Based on the theory of error analysis,this paper takes Vietnamese students' design of examples related to Chinese adverb "Jiu" as the research corpus,and makes a comparative study of Chinese adverb "Jiu" and Vietnamese adverb "(?)",and analyses the types of errors in Vietnamese students' acquisition of Chinese adverb "Jiu" through questionnaires,explaining and proposing them,the cause of the error.Finally,the paper puts forward solutions to the errors,so as to improve Vietnamese students' comprehension and application ability of using Chinese adverb "Jiu",and their Chinese proficiency.
