Research On Russian National Language Policy From The Perspective Of Language Ecology

Language is a mirror of social life,precious national wealth,and an important symbol of individual national affiliation.The language of a nation is the basic carrier of the national spiritual culture.Therefore,the degree of effort to protect and develop a national language has become an important indicator of the strength of the nation's own consciousness.Language policy is a major decision for the country.The reasonableness of language policy is not only directly related to the development of the country's political,economic and cultural undertakings,but also directly affects the harmony of national relations in the country.The formulation of language policy is closely related to the language ecology.Language policy affects the language ecology to a certain extent,but is also restricted by the language ecology.How to formulate a reasonable language policy under the guidance of language ecology theory in order to promote social language harmony;how to maintain the ecological balance of languages in the multilingual environment of the globalization process is a top priority for a country when formulating language policies.This research has three chapters in addition to the introduction and conclusion.The introduction part mainly elaborates the reasons for selecting the topic,summarizes the research status of Russian language policy at home and abroad,and explains the research significance and research methods of this thesis.The first chapter is an introduction to theoretical background,systematically discussing the connotation and relationship between language ecology and language policy;the second chapter introduces the overview of the language ecology of the Russian country;the third chapter takes the language ecology as a perspective,from the perspective of language ontology,status,Learned three aspects of Russia's national language policy.The conclusion part mainly involves ecological thinking on language policy formulation and thinking on language diversity and language harmony,pointing out the deficiencies of existing research and looking forward to future research directions.Russia is a close neighbor of China and the most important country along the"Belt and Road".It has rich and diverse linguistic and cultural resources,so it is of special significance to focus on the language ecology and study its language policy.
