| Music teacher education is one of the most important research fields in music discipline.In recent years,China has been actively advocating "one belt and one road",and the northwest region is located along the "one belt and one road" line.The basic music teachers are lacking,and have high expectations for teachers of music teachers in normal universities.Therefore,the research on music teacher education in Northwest China is carried out,and the problems in music teacher education in this area are found and the improvement strategies are put forward.This paper is based on the investigation and comparative study of some problems of music teacher education major in five Normal Universities in Northwest China.Around this theme.the following contents are studied:Firstly,after studying and understanding the relevant documents of music teacher education in China,taking,music teacher education" as the key word,along the train of-thought of "Composition and Understanding of Music Education Major→Education Survey→Comparison of survey results",the music teacher education of five normal universities in Northwest China is investigated and compared,and the conclusion is drawn.Conclusion and suggestions are put forward.Specific research contents are as follows:Five chapters:Chapter 1:Introduction.Put forward the research questions and reasons.This paper summarizes the research status of this study at home and abroad,and combs five issues of music teacher education in five provinces of Northwest China,including the research on the training mode of music teacher education,curriculum design,teaching ability,other aspects of music teacher education.It also shows the purpose,methods and ideas of this study.Chapter 2:Discussing the professional composition of Music Teacher Education.Firstly,the development history of music teacher education is briefly described,and the basic development context is understood.Secondly,by studying and understanding the relevant documents,standards,regulations and the "professional" composition of music teacher education promulgated by the state,this chapter is written to elaborate the current development expectations of music teacher education in China.Chapter 3:Design investigation project.This paper investigates the music teacher education major of five normal universities in Northwest China,writes investigation reports,analyses and compares the results of the investigation,finds out the common problems and personality problems among them,and objectively examines each problem.Chapter 4:Research conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the lack of music teachers in primary and secondary schools in Northwest China has challenged the professionalization of music teacher education.Secondly,there is an urgent need to innovate the training objectives of music teachers’ education specialty.Thirdly,the curriculum of music teacher education needs to be adjusted.Suggestions are put forward from both schools and students. |
