| ObjectiveTo explore the relationship among mental health status,psychological resilience and self-consistency from the perspective of observing the mental health status,psychological resilience level and self-consistency level of family caregivers of depression patients.Thereby to raise the attention of this special group,which is easy to be neglected,and to provide some ideas for improving the mental health status of the family caregivers of patients with depression in clinic.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up research from the perspective of prediction and intervention to improve the supportive level for the family caregivers of patients with depression.MethodsIn the open inpatient ward of Nanjing Brain hospital,the family caregiver of the patients with depression were sampled several questionnaires were conducted,including the general situation questionnaire,Self-reporting Inventory,Chinese version CD-RISC psychological resilience scale,and the self-consistency scale.After the questionnaire was recovered,data entry and collation were carried out by using Epidata software,and descriptive statistics,difference test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and parallel multiple mediating effect test were carried out on the obtained data.Results1.The overall mental health status of family caregivers of patients with depression is favorable,and there are significant differences in mental health status of family caregivers of patients with different age groups,educational level,relationship with patients,patient treatment,economic income and medical payment methods.2.There were significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among family caregivers of patients with depression with different income levels,relationship with patients,gender,etc.3.There were significant differences in the level of self-consistency and congruence among the family caregivers of depression patients with different cultural levels,patients ’ treatment status,medical payment methods,etc.4.In addition to the "self-stereotype" dimension in self-consistency and congruence,there was a significant correlate in between the total score of the mental health status of family caregivers of patients with depression and the dimensions of psychological resilience and self-consistency and congruence.5.The dimensional score of self-consistency and congruence and psychological resilience have good prediction on the total score of the mental health status,and the dimension of "Self and experience disharmony" in self-consistency and congruence plays an intermediary role between psychological resilience and mental health status.ConclusionThe overall mental health status of family caregivers of patients with depression is favorable,and influenced by age groups,educational level,relationship with patients,patient treatment and other factors,the mental health status,psychological resilience and self-consistency and congruence of family members of patients with depression are correlated with each other,and self-consistency and congruence plays an intermediary role between psychological resilience and mental health status. |
