Research On The Issue Of Tibetan-Chinese Bilingual Trial Work In The Tibet Autonomous Region

Our country is a unified multi-ethnic country,with many nationalities and rich ethnic languages.Tibetan is one of the oldest ethnic groups in our country,the Tibetan people’s national language has a long history,is one of the ancient language expression of the Chinese nation the function is all ready,the inheritance of Tibetan history and inheritance of Tibetan culture,Tibetan special representative of the way of thinking and national habits,the Chinese nation is an important component of cultural diversity.The party and the state has always attached great importance to the prosperity and development of the national language and text,"the constitution of the People’s Republic of China" regulation,"all citizens of the ethnic has the right to use their own language in the proceedings".in accordance with the constitution and the relevant provisions of the laws and regulations,to ensure that the Tibetan people’s rights,in the lawsuit to use their native language.In governing the country according to law,in accordance with the law,therefore,remedy for hidden under the big background,combined with the specific situation of the Tibet autonomous region trial practice,trial tibetan-chinese bilingual work studies,it is necessary and has important theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.The trial practice of the people’s courts at all levels in Tibet,because of the lack of proficient in Tibetan and Tibetan and Chinese bilingual judges,tibetan-chinese bilingual level is generally low,a judge in the existing shortage of the translator,the translation of the judge ability and language ability both of on any account,the lack of national unity or the Tibet autonomous region tibetan-chinese bilingual trial language standard.Because these problems prolong the trial time,reduce the efficiency of the trial,and more importantly,affect the fairness of the judgment result.The existence of language barriers has affected the quality of trial work in Tibet.Due to the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet people especially the masses culture level is not high,the farmers and herdsmen such as language,customs and other ethnic difference is bigger,the geopolitical environment is different also,if processes is not good,is likely to lead to ethnic problems,not conducive to the development of Tibetan society,stable and harmonious.In the face of the above problems,the author believes that it is necessary to conduct systematic research on the issues related to the bilingual trial of Tibetan and Chinese in the context of the rule of law and the rule of law.
