| This study takes the Librarians of universities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the research object,and discusses the relationship between innovation motivation and innovation behavior.The so-called innovation motivation refers to all the non intellectual factors that can promote the innovation behavior of librarians,including creative personality,work perseverance,innovation selfefficacy,work motivation and innovation atmosphere.This study mainly discusses the relationship between the three motivation variables of leadership innovation support,work motivation and innovation self-efficacy and innovation behavior.In this study,four scales were used in the survey,namely Leadership Innovation Support Scale,work motivation scale,innovation self-efficacy scale and innovation behavior scale.Among them,the leadership innovation support scale and innovation self-efficacy scale both contain one dimension;the work motivation scale includes two dimensions: internal work motivation and external work motivation;the innovation behavior scale includes two dimensions: the generation and implementation of innovation ideas.After testing,each scale showed good reliability and validity.In the formal test,780 questionnaires were sent out,774 of which were recovered,with a recovery rate of 99.2%.In addition,129 questionnaires with missing questions,too many items selected consistently or other obvious rules were eliminated,645 of which were effective,with an effective rate of 82.6%.Spss24.0 was used to analyze the scales,and the results were as follows:(1)The Librarians in technical posts have higher innovation behavior,intrinsic motivation,self-efficacy and leadership innovation support than those in other posts.(2)The innovative behavior,intrinsic motivation and self-efficacy of librarians with junior and intermediate titles are lower than those with senior titles.(3)The librarian without professional title felt more support for leadership innovation than the librarian with junior,intermediate and senior titles.(4)Among the three factors of innovation motivation,innovation self-efficacy and intrinsic work motivation can significantly predict the generation of innovation ideas,and the prediction effect of innovation self-efficacy on the generation of innovation ideas is stronger than that of intrinsic work motivation.(5)Among the three factors,innovation self-efficacy,intrinsic work motivation and leadership innovation support can significantly positively predict the generation of innovation ideas,and innovation self-efficacy has the strongest predictive effect on the implementation of innovation ideas,and leadership innovation support has the weakest predictive effect on the implementation of innovation ideas.(6)The sense of innovation self-efficacy plays a full intermediary role in the relationship between leadership innovation support and innovation concept generation,and it plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between leadership innovation support and innovation concept implementation.(7)Intrinsic work motivation plays a complete intermediary role in the relationship between leadership innovation support and innovation concept generation,and it plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between leadership innovation support and innovation concept implementation. |
