| Everyone will have different degrees of connection with a particular society and organization.As a representation of the interactive network relationship between individuals and society and organizationjob embeddedness influences people’s behavior.It is found that high degree of job embeddedness has a significant positive effect on the innovation behavior of knowledge workers and technicians.Inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,as carriers,disseminators and practitioners of intangible cultural heritage knowledge,play an important role in maintaining the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and promoting innovative development of intangible cultural heritage undertakings.The government also plays an important role in promoting innovation and development of intangible cultural heritage.Therefore,from the perspective of government support,it is of great significance to study the impact of intangible cultural heritage inheritors’ work embedding on their inheritance and innovation behavior to improve the inheritance and innovation behavior of intangible cultural heritage inheritors.Based on resource conservation theory and social exchange theory,this paper puts forward a theoretical framework of the relationship between job embedding and inheritance innovation behavior of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage.Through the measurement of the inheritance and innovation behavior of suzhou intangible cultural heritage inheritors,it is found that there is room for improvement of the inheritance and innovation behavior level of Suzhou intangible cultural heritage inheritors.This paper also verifies the influence of the sub-dimension of intangible cultural heritage inheritor’s job embedding on inheritance and innovation behavior,the results show that the matching dimension of intangible cultural heritage inheritors’ job embedding has a significant positive impact on innovative idea implementation and inheritance behavior.The association dimension has a significant positive impact on innovative idea generation,innovative idea promotion,innovative idea implementation and inheritance behavior.The sacrifice dimension has a significant positive impact on innovative idea generation,innovative idea promotion,innovative idea implementation and inheritance behavior.On this basis,this paper analyzes the dilemmas and causes of inheritance and innovation behaviors of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of job embeddedness,and concludes that inheritance and innovation behaviors of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of job embeddedness face endogenous dilemmas,ecological niche dilemmas and driving force dilemmas and the causes include:The policy system environment is weak,the social relations resource is poor and the industry competition environment is restricted.Therefore,based on the theory of administrative ecology,from the perspective of government support,put forward to promote the development of the intangible cultural heritage,the government should start with the matching dimension,connection dimension and sacrifice dimension of job embedding,from to perfect the related system,strengthen contacts and exchanges,create a social atmosphere,and strengthen the material and spiritual incentive,etc.,To improve the job embedding environment of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage,and to provide a possible path to enhance the inheritance and innovation behavior of inheritors of intangible cultural heritage. |
