"Nirvana" Series Of Oil Painting Creation Research

At the end of 2018,a relative was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer,and the illness of a relative hit me hard.The author observed the characters of the patients during the treatment,combined with their relatives’ fear,pain,anxiety in the face of the disease and various emotions in the stages of fighting against the disease.Further research on the artistic expression and artistic effect of elements such as light,shadow,tone and texture in oil painting in combination with theories.Through the creation of oil painting to convey the author of this fear and fear of the mood into a tangible positive force.This work takes the different faces,mental states and action postures of female breast cancer patients in the postoperative recovery period as the subject matter,and creates a series of portrait oil works with the theme of "nirvana".The author hopes that through the research of this subject,the female images with different luster displayed by the patients in different periods can be represented by oil paintings,reflecting the spiritual feelings of fighting against the illness and detached death.
