Collaborative Research On Community Integration Of Land-lost Farmers

In recent years,the pace of industrialization and urbanization in China has been accelerating,which leads to many problems.The group of landless peasants is one of the most prominent problems.In order to cooperate with the demolition work,farmers have lost their land and homesteads.For the convenience of management and services,the government is used to relocate the landless farmers in a community.However,such a community often has many problems as well: The living space and the living environment have undergone tremendous changes.In the meanwhile,the original social relationships and lifestyles will be broke.Also,employment and psychologic will be instable,and even survival will become a problem.This paper focuses on the process of integrating landless peasants in the community,and compares research on related issues at home and abroad,combining the theory of empowerment and energizing energy and social integration theory to solve the problems of the community integration of the landless peasants from many aspects,such as ideas and actions.Based on in-depth interviews and field investigation data,this paper uses a combination of theory and practice,quantitative and qualitative research methods,and selects the relocation and resettlement communities in the X Street of Sihui City as an example.After in-depth investigation and sampling,it analyzes several aspects of landless peasants when they are integrated into the community,including the current state of economic conditions,public services,public participation,community relations,and psychological integration.Using statistical software such as SPSS,this paper obtained the differences in economic status,public service satisfaction,community relations,self-identity and sense of destination among different individuals.Moreover,it proposes the factors affecting the community integration of landless peasants in the suburbs,and further explores the strategy of community integration improvement and collaborative services for social work,and provides reference for the community integration of the large number of resettlement residents in the future.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the landless peasants have dissatisfied with economic income,community relations,public participation,psychological integration,and public service;(2)three major factors affecting community integration policies,organizations,and individuals of landless peasants in urban suburbs are proposed;(3)it explores the cooperative service strategies of four aspects: a.to enhance community integration and the empowerment of the social work;b.to improve the status of landless peasants,meanwhile,to increase their management functions;c.to create community spirit;d.to promote community education.
